We had no hot water for our entire stay. We advised the reception on the morning after our first night to be told they will sort it. Tried again that evening and still none, went down again and basically told they have 1 boiler for 45 rooms, we then checked out and made them aware again and they claimed a boiler maintenance had been in. There was also marks on the walls and the floor had what looked like tea stains
