Thanks to Nick and staff for a relaxing stay. Warm welcome by the team. Large variety at breakfast, continental and or hot breakfast. Visitor lounge well stocked with board games. Plenty of useful tips provided from places to visit, recommended places to eat. Will be back again.

Very friendly greeting on arrival. Great setting and very close to the seafront. Room was a good size but the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Good breakfast and lots of choice on offer, you have to chose the night before but can change your options daily.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at Eastbourne Reymar, a little B&B that is runned "with heart". The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Nick, the proprietor and his hosting team have developed a knack for making the place a welcoming one - engages patrons and brightens the atmosphere with his presence. We loved the complimentary English/continental breakfast options, freshly made. B&B has a great quiet location within walkable distance of seafront, restaurants.

Great value B&B and lovely host, Nick, was very helpful with local restaurants, but down side street not on sea front so "sea view" was very limited by road and sea wall. Finding parking on road was a bit hit and miss. Room was otherwise good, but shower needs updating and breakfast was great. Thanks also for keeping husband's wallet and phone safe after he managed to leave without them!

A lovely hotel near the seafront in Eastbourne. Nick and his staff made us very welcome. Great selection of items for breakfast. Hotel room was lovely with en suite and a TV, but guest lounge also available. A small issue with the shower was sorted while we ate our breakfast on the first morning there. Will use again if in the area.

We were put in an attic room with very limited facilities, ie, 2 usable power sockets only, if the tv (18 inch) and kettle plugged in, no phone charge points or USB outlets available. Bed was very uncomfortable, unable to get interrupted sleep as bed made awful noises when you moved. Shower water pressure a joke as only dripped out, not even a spurt. Attention to detail needed on cleaning, as quite dirty down side of wardrobe and chests of drawers, also left hand window double glazed panel blown, full of condensation obscuring our limited sea view.

Lovely hotel owner really friendly but unfortunately the room was a let down very small could hardly move but it was very clean.

Very clean and comfortable room. The proprietor was very pleasant, helpfull and informative! I would definitely stay here again! Although I didn't use the dinning room it looked clean also. The staff I spoke to were very pleasant!

We had a brilliant stay at the Reymar. Owner Nick was always friendly and helpful as were his staff. The rooms were immaculate, the facilities were great and the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. If you’re looking for a B&B in Eastbourne then you couldn’t do better than the Reymar. It’s yards from the beach, close to bus stops and a pleasant beach front walk to the town centre (or an easy bus ride if walking is an issue for you) The local taxi firm is very good too. We hope to return to Eastbourne and if and when we do there’s no doubt about where we’ll be staying. Thanks again to Nick and his staff.
