We had a Fab little room on the second floor. The Attention to detail was excellent. Little sweets and biscuits bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice en-suite with complementary items The breakfast was very nice as were the hosts

Lovely little BnB in a great location. Warm and friendly host, who very kindly accommodated me when I turned up on the doorstep the morning after working all night. Great breakfast and only a 2 minute walk to the seafront, and 5 minutes to the pier etc. Highly recommended, and I stay in a lot of hotels through work. Please disregard the nasty and biased review from 'Joann O' below.

Warm and friendly hosts .easy parking .Good location .loved the guest sitting room ..bedroom a little small but coftable bed great shower and loads of added extras ..very clean .breakfast had a good range and very well presented..would recommend this as a comfortable base to visit eastbourne great hosts

This is the second time we have stayed at Ebor Lodge and we will return. Always a warm welcome from the owners, very clean, rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast is first class, there is nothing you could possibly be disappointed with.

Just had a super stay at Ebor Lodge the room was very spacious clean and a very comfortable bed it had all you needed in the room for your stay. Very close to all the amenities with just a short stroll along the sea front. The owners were such lovely people and couldn't of made you more welcome. The breakfast was delicious we had the full English you also had a choice of fruit and cereals. Will definitely come back here again and can highly recommend.

If you are travelling with family most specially with lil one NEVER EVER go to EBOR LODGE NEVER believe that all age welcome and all that, we booked the family room with my 2kids (8&2yrs old) including my brother and the next day at the 1st night he wants us to pack our things and leave like CKICKING US OUt. It’s the WORST thing you could do to someone who is booked and visiting other place and arguing in front of my children. The fact that it’s all the way at the top of the property with no lift crying the baby and things up and down is tiring not only that he expects me to keep my 2yrs old in one place for him not to walk around and that he was telling me not to bring him in any hotel but it’s not the first time, we always travel and always staying in hotel and lounge and all that and it’s the first time we experience this nightmare, if you didn’t want any noise then don’t accept family plus the room shouldn’t be all the way up if you don’t want any foot steps at night, kids will always be kids.My 8yrs old who loves staying hotels and lodge like this is now traumatised, he said it’s not good the way he was arguing and trying to kick us out during holiday break. When he was telling me about terms and conditions, I stood up and look again for I know I didn’t do anything wrong then he said we could stay ofcourse we stayed as he didn’t want any refund and I know we didn’t do anything wrong, the next day I had my breakfast but I didn’t enjoy it as I saw hair in my plate, maybe it’s his revenge to me or what.. So if you don’t want to experience what we experience NEVER book here most specially as family. I am not doing this review for myself, I didn’t want any family to experience this and ruin their holiday. I wish we were treated good as we don’t deserve all this most specially my kids.

In a word, perfect! Cleanest place I have ever stayed hotel or bed and breakfast. Everything is pristine. The food is delicious Easily cope with diets special requests. Eggs Benedict, full English all sorts of delicious things. Fruit juice, fresh fruit. Welcoming friendly professional hosts.

Our first time visiting Eastbourne, and we hid the jackpot. One of the best hotels / bed and breakfast We have ever stayed in. Parking spaces is free right outside the hotel (depending on availability), the rooms were immaculate, beautifully decorated wonderful sea view, breakfast was exquisite, The front lounge was relaxing and a great place to grab your thoughts and enjoy the sea view. Thank you David for a wonderful stay.

Nice place to live. Well cared for re Gluten Free food and concern to prevent cross contamination. Staff very friendly and very helpful.
