Had a warm welcome by well trained front desk team of Abinaya & Dicima under the perfect guidance of Veronica with a smooth checkin to room by energetic Kisan. The well articulated airy bar lounge outside is still in our memories with best of services by Dipesh Sharma & his handsome colleague (sorry I am missing his name). Nature GOD was so kind for a perfect enjoyable weather. Chef Subhash Chhetri turned no stone unturned for motivating us to gain weight with his delicious dishes, which were very well served by smiling staff of Prem, Anmol & others under the leadership of Subrata. Whenever we visited lobby we were greeted with killing smiles of Pema & intoxicating eyes of beautiful Rekha. In short Gaurav kudos to your team and appreciate your dynamic leadership. Would love to visit again with all family once the connected roads are in well shape.

Loved our 3 day stay at Vivanta Pakyong. The property upkeep and the services provided by the entire team were top notch. I won't take any specific staff member names just because it would be injustice to the other team members whose names I don't remember.

As always I liked the stay at Taj Properties. Taj Vivanta, Pakyong is not an exception for it. A pretty descent, reasonable stay Tata Taj property in Sikkim. I liked the food as well. Overall I recommend the place for stay & having relishing food. Thanks,

Was one of my best experiences at a hotel. The whole staff at Vivanta by Taj Pakyong were really hospitable and the food was delicious. Especially the F&B team. From the serene view from the hotel room to the exquisite quality of service at the hotel. Everything was exceptionally good. Would like to return to the hotel again.

We had a great experience at the Vivanta Pakyong. It is a lovely property over looking the valley and though a little away from Gangtok, it has a serene quality about it. At t the outset with the help of Sangay from the travel desk we were picked up on time from the Airport and brought to the location in utmost comfort. Thanks to Mausam a very assuring driver who got us with utmost care and comfort to the location through the mountainous terrain. We appreciate that Sangay informed us much in advance about the route diversions due to some work on the highway which added some time to our journey but we were able to prepare for the same. The hospitality at the resort was outstanding. We give special thanks to Anmol, Veronica for being attentive to our needs. A special thanks to Prem for helping us to choose from the wide menu at the restaurant and waiting on us all the 4 days. It was also a pleasure to chat with Anisur who waited on us on the last day. The entire staff were warm hospitable and present. Thank you for keeping a packed breakfast ready for an early departure.

Amazing property and great service by the staff. All the front of staff members were very helpful. Special mention about Prem from the restaurant whose service was commendable. We went on a small hike and that was also well planned. Amazing place for a relaxing vacation!

Great hotel which is also close to Pakyong airport. Service is excellent and food is also very good. Pema who showed us our room was very warm and welcoming. Even the restaurant staff Mr Thapa was very good. However, the hotel is located inside a forest and requires quite a bit of travel incase you plan to do a lot of sightseeing and the road to the hotel is not very good. But if you want a peaceful property to come back to at the end of a hectic day then this is perfect. In addition, I would also recommend checking out Taj Guras Kutir in Gangtok, breathtaking property.

I must say that the on ground team has made my stay absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to Subrata, Kishan, Anmol, Anisur, Rekha, Sunita, Prem - you guys have been fabulous. Your relentless efforts in ensuring that our stay is comfortable is deeply appreciated. I didn't even realise how my 7 nights passed in a flash and I have already started missing them. Please keep up the great work and I wish you all the very best! The only area of improvement is to have the approach road to the property rectified and this something that the senior management and the local government have to address.

The location is great and hotel staff very courteous but the drive to the hotel was very long from Bagdogra. One bonus was evening tea/ coffee for guests. The package included pick up & drop from Bagdogra, a day's trip to Gangtok and to Nathula on another day - all at a reasonable price. The dinner was good . A unique temple was within the premises with the entire Shivji ' s family. More work needs to be done on the gym.
