Seaview Caravan Park

Seaview caravan park..we stayed in the cottage just behind the reception.. I will start with a positive.. location for beach is perfect.. now onto the rest .. the cottage is nothing like the pictures posted it's absolutely disgusting.. needs a massive deep clean .. fly mess on every window and sills and mirrors .. french doors not just little about there covered . The bathroom smells of damp very strong .. mold on the shower door and round the edges the bath needs gd clean .. we couldn't use the microwave or oven has had food crumbs from last people .. never seen a dusted the amount of spider and the webs were so thick had been there for long long time we spent the first 3-4 days removing the spiders there were on everything.. the carpet is absolutely disgusting and having two small children was frustrating..and what can I say about the garden they have a family of rats running around day and night and the response was to laugh and say yeah we know ...we travelled over 4 hours for are holiday .. the reception was closed most of the time as she lived next door .. if your happy to go somewhere unclean and eat out every night should be ok and enjoy the rats running around while you are sat outside.. pictures to follow

we have just spent a week here rented out 2 caravans with family which were quite expensive due to the peak season no 27 and 28 stunning views that was the only positive inside no 27 it was dirty the fire was very dusty inside the bin was dirty glasses inside the cabinet were stuck to the glass ! cobwebs all around lights curtains in lounge area were stained I have had many caravan holidays and never stayed in such a dirty one I did go to reception but was told an outside company cleans the vans but surely they should be checked and if we had gone down earlier they could have changed vans we had been there a few days I didn't come home and complain I did it while we were there van had not been cleaned for a long timeinside or out and there were no apologies for that very little customer service think this site is for privately owned van customers rather than holiday makers would not stop here again

We spent 2 weeks here & loved it. A lovely caravan with sensational sea views. Warm cosy & comfy. The park is lovely & clean & perfectly quiet for those seeking peace. Lovely staff. We Could not ask for more, and will be returning soon

We stayed in a caravan at Seaview for 2 weeks in November 2023 and really enjoyed it. Before we went, we had a call to ask if we would like to be upgraded, free of charge, to a caravan with a sea view because there was space, which was lovely. The staff were all very kind and we were able to extend our booking with very short notice. The caravan was spacious, warm and clean and the view was amazing. The beach is only a few minutes' walk and you can easily walk to Cromer along the beach. The nearby shop is excellent and has everything you could possibly want and the local pub is great for beer and a warm welcome. This is our second stay and we will definitely go again.

Booked caravan 3 but on learning later we had a dog that week rang up to be informed no dogs allowed in that caravan and we would be moved to 15. On arrival saw that no 3 had a lovely lady with her little Maltese terrier who were there for the week? Were moved to no 5 with a beautiful view but cleanliness wise was awful, dust and cobwebs and black gunge in the shower. We put up with it as didn't go on holiday to clean . No electric kettle, just a whistling one, took forever to make a coffee. Tiny fridge freezer. We like to cook on holiday but little room for food storage. No WiFi unless you wish to pay for it. This site would benefit from a small cafe and a bar. Considering the price not worth it. Won't go again. Don't advise anyone else to either.

So the website advertises 'luxury' caravans. In my opinion these are far from luxurious.. however the caravan we had for our stay was suitable for our beach chillout with the dogs. A lovely comfy bed, & great shower. Could do with an electric kettle as the old whistle blowing gas one took an age to boil for a cuppa. The site is lovely & clean. Little games room, a laundry area & beautiful sea views. Also a few minutes walk to the stunning dog friendly beach. However extremely steep so not too good for infirm or elderly. The staff were very pleasant & helpful, we look forward to returning. Lovely site and beautiful english seaside town.
