페어필드 인 & 스위트 채터누가 사우스/이스트 리지(Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge)

We arrived exhausted about 12:30am. The young lady at the front desk was very hospitable & efficient, very polite. When we got to our 2nd floor room, the smell was SO MUSTY! We tried to help that by spraying some of our room deodorizer, we keep when traveling. The wingback chair had a cola of some spilled all in it & it was darkly stained, as if it had never been touched, to attempt to clean. There were NO Kleenexes in the Kleenex box in the dispenser, hairs in the bathtub & sink. The washcloth’s had mascara all over them! The entertainment center where the TV, Microwave, etc Sat, looked like it was about to literally fall apart! We travel a good bit & I have never had to write a review like this, ever! We’ve stayed at Fairfield Inns, Marriott Hotels & other of their franchises & I cannot believe THIS hotel was a “Fairfield Inn”!!!!! We will definitely choose another hotel next time we’re in that town!!

Check in late, was greeted promptly and friendly. All of the personal were very friendly and seemed happy to be there.

The room was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was typical, nothing extra ordinary but very satisfactory. Would stay here again if in the area.

After a long full day drive, I was quite happy to find that the pool was open so late in the evening. It was a welcome chance to relax after sitting for so long. Sadly I did not feel up to enjoying it that evening for as long as I would have liked, because while it was supposedly 80-something degrees, it felt much colder. I don't doubt it would be very comfortable in the middle of summer, and I do realize that it is hard to keep a large body of water warm in the middle of January. But at any rate, I enjoyed it for as long as I could stand feeling cold. The next morning, I took a short swim before departure, and it actually felt a little bit warmer at that point. My room was clean and comfortable. I was a little bit disappointed to find that the mini fridge was so small that it didn't even have a freezer compartment like some do. Also, the bathroom door would not latch. But since I was traveling solo, it didn't really matter. Overall, I was satisfied enough with my stay that I stayed there again on my return trip a week later.

I had a weekend stay for my child's cheer competition. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was clean and the jacuzzi tub was the best I've been in, in a long while. My family and I would definitely stay again.

The property is only a couple of miles from the airport. It is also close to freeway and all attractions. Beautiful , spacious rooms and baths. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was a feast. I will stay there again and tell anyone who wants to visit Chattanooga that this hotel is a great place to visit.

The staff at evening check in were was pleasant and the gentleman this morning at check was extremely pleasant and the pool was freezing almost unusable, the breakfast was okay, should of replenish food more often.

The check in person Demetrius was the rudest (he absolutely hater people or hated white people) I’ve never had anyone look down and talk down to me like he did. Ignored everything I said to him from “hello I hope you are having a good night “ to finally saying “you should listen to Denzel Washington when it comes to being a happy person” I don’t see color but I see character and I see terrible character. He’s a dangerous individual full of anger and hate!

We have been barely greeted. They weren’t much of a talker and nice We never felt we were welcomed Such a shame! Not: Breakfast team was great. They were friendly. The hotel and the breakfast are were clean
