Always stay here when in Lancaster. This time I should have gotten a top floor room as the people above and next to us woke us up earlier than I had planned! Told the manager and he said he would make sure I had a top room as always next time. This place is always willing to make amends which is good. I do recommend a top room if you can. Best price around book early!! Breakfast was usual but I wish they had a waffle maker! LOL Convenient to where I need to be and close to all and better than all the other places I have stayed in the area over the years. I would go back and I will.

Only needed an cheap overnite stay, a place to sleep and get up and go. Continental breakfast was blah. We got what we paid for...

The one staff member i saw was pleasant. The room was clean but run down. Bathroom needs major update. The deadbolt would not lock, and when the staff was told he just said oh yea, sorry about that, like he already knew about it. Got locked out of our room because the keycard didnt work. Breakfast consisted of coffee, bagels and cereal. Also, no bible in the room. Definitely will not be back.

This was a very nice property for the price. It was convenient to everything we were looking for. We found it basic yet clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Our unit was on the 1st floor, facing the parking lot and street and it was quiet.

This small, independent hotel is well cared-for, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Room was OK, but minimal features. TV was OK. Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment since it was minimal. Other motels we stayed at offered much more in the selection of items to choose from like waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. it was right off rt 30, so there was noise from the traffic.

Nice and affordable for the price. Will recommend family and friends to stay here. Staff was nice and helpful

We liked the hotel, good location close to Sights and Sound Theater. Clean and comfortable. However, it was not a hot breakfast, just continental - cereal, bread, and fruit. We went out for breakfast.

We only spent one night at Eastbrook. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. I walk with a cane and they do not have an elevator. I was not offered a first floor room. My friend had to take both my and her luggage up the stairs. Breakfast consisted of 2 cereals, variety of bagels, juice and apples. There was a hot air balloon festival in the area so many hotels were booked. It was very close to sight and sound theatre, the reason for our stay so it worked
