We stayed at the facility during a very busy weekend for them as there was a dance convention. It was our first time as guests. The rooms were decent and clean although not new. Not a problem. The biggest issue that was had is that checkout is 11 am. The room keys stopped working early in the am. This is incredibly inconvenient. Two people couldn’t load the vehicle because someone had to operate the 2 doors as the cards didn’t open work. Cards should have been brought to us when we reported this issue but they stated it was everyone. It wasn’t but that’s besides the point. If this is policy to deactivate, it’s a poor one! We stayed the weekend and had a lot of luggage! Additionally we had to call twice for towels and coffee.

The staff was not accommodative, there was a stain on my sheets, the floor was not vacuumed, and there was an open water bottle in the fridge. When I checked out I let them know of the issues and they did not even care. I told them to please let the manager know so future guests won’t have the same bad experience.

Wasn’t happy with my room location, was close to young kids. Heard them too much. Thankfully I only stayed one night. This hotel seems to be great for families. Also wasn’t crazy about the breakfast went out to eat.

The room was very far from the front desk, but easy to find thanks to the front desk directions. Tabletops were not clean and clearly had watermarks from drinks from previous occupants. Something in the room made a loud ticking noise all night that made sleeping difficult.

Many amenities including a heated pool, exercise room, play room for kids, game room for teens and young adults

The heating unit sounded like a jet plane taking off everytime it came on. Couldn't sleep a bit. When checking out I was telling the gal about the problem and she stated others had mentioned it in the past. Why did they put us in that room if it hasn't been fixed!!!!! Checking was not seamless, gal spoke very limited English. For the money $280 for 1 night we thought we were going to be in a very nice place....

Since we came in on a Tuesday in the winter, the restaurants and bars were closed in the hotel Mr. Ehad would not allow us to not have a wonderful experience. He made us special lattes and in the evening served us wine and made us homemade chips. He made sure our entire experience was better than we have ever had in hotels at five or six times the price. We are planning to tell our community of 500 residents as well as shouting the excellent service all over the internet. We WILL be back.

Rooms were clean Far away from entrance/exit Place seemed empty yet we were at the end of the hallway. Check in took forever. Our room had no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Coffee maker was hidden under the dresser. Usually there is an emergency exit sign on the door in case of fire and check out time listed. But nothing Also no TV listing chart, no instructions on phone The room appeared not prepared for customers It was quiet as last year we had to move because teens were running up and down the hallway and banging on our door I’m not sure if I would stay here again

Customer Service needs great Improvement Really bad bar and restaurant no service wait was about an hour
