슬립 인 & 스위트 롱크스(Sleep Inn & Suites Ronks)

I was in an accessible room. The floor was a bit too smooth and thus slippery when wet, both inside and outside the shower stall. Also, there seemed to be no shelf for toiletries inside the shower stall. Otherwise, it was perfectly safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with staff who were very nice, and met my reqiurements for a stopover,

This is our second stay at the property, first in last year in May. We rebooked the property this time because of our last positive experience. However, this time we felt that the hotel staff kept a very "close" eye on the food being consumed in the breakfast area. We reason that the property is operated by the owner/family. We understand that cost control is important but being "too penny-pinching" is NOT good for business development. This is a Choice Hotel property on the main street of America, not a mom & pop lodging in a developing country. We will be back if the hotel staff relax a bit more and take off the "warning" sign from the breakfast area (you know what I mean as the staff "pointed" it to me!)

The customer service is not good. The whole place is disappointing. Wouldn’t give us a refund when we decided not to stay. Even after trying to work through *******, they wouldn’t help us. And then provided a rude no nonsense response to our review. So many other options that are highly superior.

Everything was ok. No Internet. Our room had telephone that does not work. 1000 TV channels that are actually 20 channels that repeats. Floor lamp and bedside table are l elevated from the floors on small plastic cubes! Stafee and breakfast are awesome.

Less expensive than most hotels in the area with a location convenient to most activities of interest to me and my friend.

Everything was good. Place was clean and comfortable although there was a spot at the tub that looked a little rough.

hotel check in super easy. Room was very clean and very spacious. the breakfast was a good way to start the day and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend. wish i stayed there long enough to enjoy the pool but maybe next time!

We were happy with this hotel.The staff was very nice ant the room was comfortable. The breakfast was nice although some yogurt and danish would have been great. The location was great,close to everything.Overall very nice,would stay there again.

The hotel is nice from the outside. Inside is nice. The room wasnt so great. The room, you had to hold the toilet handle down to flush it, the water in the shower didnt get very warm on the last day didnt have hot water.
