Room and food was ok. Well behaved staff. But there was no toothpaste and mosquito repellent in the room which was necessary

Not a good hotel to recommend no value for money. No arrangement for morning breakfast and not a single hotel nearby to have it. Simple milk less tea charges around 100. Not worth taking any photo there

The hotel food was not of good quality and was costly. The lighting inside the room is also low. Wifi also not available cleanliness was good, geyser, room heater, kettle etc were provided.

The hotel was under construction. There was no wo fi. No telephones were given inside the room to call the reception.

The red colour bad-sheets and towel were no good, secondly hotel has rule that no outside food in room. This is first time we show. We are pure vegetarian jain person and can not take food from common kitchen with veg and non veg. And in my close room i can eat whatever i like.

Terrible room, very congested as per the price, ill behaved staffs, overrated, very expensive. Will never suggest this hotel to anyone. Awful experience

Our stay at the hotel was comfortable. Location is good with a 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Transport arrangement was prompt. Location close to some fine restaurants.

The hotel is centrally located but then Sohra is a small place. It could, however, be a LOT better if a little attention was paid. For one thing, all the walls in the rooms are covered with really loud wallpaper, it's overpowering. A luggage rack in the room would be nice. The rooms have no ceiling fans but old noisy pedestal fans ( they dont work, I had change my fan thrice before I got a working one) The bathroom was full of mosquitoes. While the fixtures in the bathroom are gleaming and seem new, it's designed in the worst possible way - the health faucet is on the left side of the commode, so far back that it's almost impossible to reach. There is no soap dish in the shower area, nor a towel rod within reach after showering. Fairly clean, though. No elevator either because it's not allowed (according to the staff, because of the "instability of the hills"). So, if you get a room on one of the upper floors, bags have to be lugged several flights of stairs. Food has to be ordered in advance, whether breakfast or dinner. Food is ok, pretty standard. All these shortcomings could be fixed, it seems like the hotel owners have not bothered with details. With a few changes, the hotel could offer a better experience for it's guests.

I stayed there for 4 nights and it was the best choice to create a base camp to start my all 1-day trips and relax after returning. Stuff was supernice, location right in the centre. Very sutisfied. :)
