This visit was a bad experience. At check-in the room clearly had not been swept or mopped. The counters & furniture had not been cleaned and were visibly dirty/stained. The refrigerator did not work, and staff never came to address it. But the worst of the experience was the staffs refusal to even "attempt" to correct any of the aforementioned. A change of similar room (or upgrade) was denied, no one was sent to check the fridge (*as promised), and no one was sent to address the cleaning, after I made a clear complaint to the front desk regarding it. In fairness, I've stayed here before and this is not the typical condition of their rooms Or customer service, but this was a bad visit.
