The Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort

Beautiful resort! We visited for our 10th anniversary and it was perfect. Everyone was friendly. Grounds and beaches are clean and relaxing. Not overcrowded. Free activity rentals were a plus. Beauregards on the beach has awesome sushi! The included breakfast was more than substantial. One of the few places I've visited since COVID that still offers daily housekeeping. Would recommend renting a car since taxis can get pricey if you plan on leaving the resort - which is safe to do btw. We enjoyed it so much that we're thinking about going back next month with our son!

The resort is beautiful and nicely maintained. Service was good as long as you didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary. There were some staff who really had a poor attitude - felt almost as though they were doing you a favor. On the positive side there were some staff who were warm, friendly and highly service oriented . A mix. Lovely beaches.

We enjoyed our time here. The beaches were beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly from check-in to checkout. There are many adventurous things onsite and close-by while other areas are tranquil. We hope to stay here again soon!

The property was very large and contained beautiful beaches and views. It had a lot to offer the guests and the vibe was wonderful.

This is a beautiful 350 acre property with 3 lovely beaches. The exterior of our room could use a bit of TLC but the interior was good.

At check in we were upgraded because we came there for our 36th anniversary. The staff for front desk to wait staff to cleaners and everyone else we had any contact with, was super friendly and helpful. We were very pleased by our whole experience there.

This resort was amazing, would def recommend! If you are staying in great house there are some hills to get to beach and pool but they have the nicest shuttle drivers to get you everywhere you want to go around the resort if you don’t want to walk. Everyone was SO friendly there from front desk, to beach attendants to serving staffs to room attendants. Beaches were gorgeous and there was always plenty of chairs. Food was great, breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and dinners and lunches were big portions and so good.

The aged, damaged furniture. Grass not cut. TV that was 15 years old with static like watching tv from 1970. If we had paid $100 per night for this room it would be expected, but this hotel was outrageously expensive. Inexcusable. They should be embarrassed to rate this property 5 stars. The only redeemable quality is the employees. Even the buffet breakfast was 3 rate

We loved our stay at the Buccaneer. The property is always amazing. The staff is friendly and everyone greeted us with a good morning, good afternoon or good evening.
