This property has a great view of the bay and that's about it. Outdated and in poor shape with rips in furniture. Dust on light shades and other fixtures, bathroom ceiling poorly patched and stained with ? Doors didn't close on their own and had to be pushed closed. terrible stay.

Check in/check out was super fast and easy! Amazing view of the lake, they have a great pool/hot tub it was clean and warm! It was a crazy snow storm the entire weekend we were there for a wedding but Our overall stay was great ,the inside halls and rooms look like they need a little work but still a great place to stay! Very convenient area!

No heat in our room. Space heaters given. Logos of ants on kitchen counter every morning and evening. When let front desk know that put two more ant trays under frig and oven but never touched the problem.

The staff at check in and check out was very pleasant! The property was clean. The room was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. I did not get in the pool and hot tub but did go down to look at it thinking I may find some time, but they were clean and inviting. We would definetly stay there again!

Great off season rate with a view over the bay. Full kitchen condo. Very comfortable.

The view was fantastic. Beds were awesome. Pool and hot tub were both great. On the downside their was a family with younger children in the condo next to us. They were very loud early in the morning. Like 5 am early. Other than that it was a great stay.

Loved the location! Turned off by spiders on the balcony. Grounds well kept. Room outlets need replacing, very loose and difficult to connect to. Furniture could be updated. New carpeting in hallways and a fresh coat of paint in common areas would be more appealing

Older property. Entrance to our "section" of the property was VERY old and unattractive. Definitely was not a good first impression. Hallway to the rooms had windows on one side and the windows were open. Windows were COVERED with spider webs and spiders. Very bad SECOND impression. Room itself was a pleasant surprise (after what we saw on entry to the building!). Kitchen had everything needed and appliances were fine. Dated furnishings but all very clean and nicely presented. Bathroom was updated with granite countertops and very nice. Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. View of Lake Michigan was INCREDIBLE! Again, didn't really want to go out on the covered patio because of all the spider webs, but it was nice to be able to open the patio doors and hear the waves crashing. All in all I would stay here again. Lots of space and everything you needed to be comfortable. Price was very good for the area. Just wish they would get someone in to clean all the spiders away!

Our stay was pleasant. Although it is a smoke free resort, there were people smoking ********* after dark and charcoal grilling on the lawn( which is strictly prohibited by the resort). The resort people should do some walk through during the evening hours.
