This is a superb place to stay. The accommodation is absolutely first class. We stayed in the Bulls Box, with a spacious bedroom, fabulously comfortable beds and a very well appointed bathroom. Our hosts were fantastic and extremely helpful with advice about the area. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up up very well for the day. We loved exploring this part of Lincolnshire and wished we had longer, there was so much to see. Definitely worth a re-visit.

Our time here has just been perfect. We were welcomed in from the moment we drove in. Nothing was too much trouble. After a hot day at the races we were presented with a bottle of cold water. So needed. It is the little things that mean the most. Helpful information is continually supplied and they seemed genuinely interested in how our days went. Breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked to perfection. The room was pretty and very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in staying there again if in the area.

If I could rate this 10*s out of 5 I would. Absolutely perfect, no complaints, no comments, the room was beautiful and perfect for our needs, the breakfast was fabulous. The hosts were brilliant. Couldn’t have done more for us and without a doubt will be returning. Thank you Sara (with an h) and Johnathan (2 tents) for a fantastic weekend! See you next year!

We stayed two nights at The Grange and from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Sarah and Jonathan are the perfect hosts and make running a B&B look natural and effortless. The room "Bulls Box" was lovely and warm with a lovely comfy bed and pristine bedlinen. The cake and all the tea/coffee facilities were well received after a long drive. Breakfast was lovely with all you could wish for prepared and cooked to perfection. Sarah's suggestion of a visit to Louth for the Christmas market was perfect and we enjoyed a couple of hours there. Overall it was a lovely weekend and we will definitely look for to come back again to the Grange to continue exploration of this part of Lincolnshire.

From the moment we arrived Sarah and Jonathan made us so welcome. Our bags were whisked upstairs and we were given freshly baked cake. From then on, they always went the extra mile, finding out where we could get an evening meal, pub opening hours, and so on. The room was lovely, overlooking the fields and garden, with a modern bathroom, all spotless. There were fresh flowers in our room and on the breakfast table. It was very quiet, despite the combine harvester being in almost constant use in August! The breakfasts were lovely, with an extensive choice of cooked offerings. There is a lovely farm trail and a wildflower area. Highly recommended.

Great location in a beautiful setting. The owners were very welcoming and there were some lovely extra touches to our stay; homemade lemon drizzle cake, fresh milk, tea, coffee etc etc and some beautiful wild flower arrangements straight from thier meadow. Lovely accommodation with a hot tub with everything you need to hand. Great base for visiting Lincoln and the coast. Would thoroughly recommend it but book direct rather than an agent as it may work out cheaper. Really enjoyable stay. Thanks to Sarah and her husband, and the dogs of course!
