뒤셀도르프, Rudas Studios 근처 호텔

회사 행사가 근처에 있었기 때문에 회사가 Niu Tab에서 밤을 보냈습니다. 많은 동료들도있었습니다. 나는 짧은 체류를 꽤 즐겼습니다. 대부분의 동료들도 호텔을 좋아했습니다. 객실은 넓지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 세련되게 꾸며져 있으며 TV, A/C, 금고 및 헤어 드라이어가 갖추어져 있습니다. 그러나 미니 바 나 커피 / 차 제조 시설이 없습니다. 우리가 몇 시간 동안 교통 체증에 갇혀서 꽤 목이 마셨을 때 우리가 도착했을 때 좋아했을 것입니다. 아침 식사는 뷔페 스타일이었고 매우 좋았습니다. 신선하고 잘 준비된 많은 선택. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 한 가지 비판 : 오후 4시 직후 도착했을 때 키 카드의 약 절반 만 프로그램되었습니다. 저는 그들의 카드를 바로 얻은 행운의 사람 중의 1 명 이었지만, 제 동료 중 일부는 30 분 이상 기다려야했습니다. 나는 조직이 부족하다고 말합니다. 특히 우리가 계획보다 훨씬 늦게 도착했기 때문입니다.

Ich bin eine gebürtige Essenerin und kenne deshalb das Hotel schon ewig. Die Lage ist zentral, gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kategorie geräumig. Ich finde es toll, das man die Fenster öffnen kann. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis, dort gibt es allerdings Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem 100% Empfehlung

이 호텔은 매우 새롭고 침대와 욕실은 최고 모양입니다. 위치는 완벽하지 않습니다 (중앙 기차역에서 도보로 10 분; 근처에 레스토랑 / 상점이 거의 없습니다). 주요 단점은 서비스입니다. 나는 이것이 선택 서비스, 중급 재산이라는 것을 이해하지만 그것조차도 하위입니다. 나는 영어 나 독일어 (주말)를 구사하는 데 어려움을 겪은 직원이있었습니다. Location was great. Close to Dusseldorf and Mochengladbach. An U-Bahn stop right in front of the hotel. (On-site) Parking was not an issue. If you want to check in during off hours a phone call/email to the hotel, or self check-in at the front door of the hotel will do. Room was clean and quiet. Yes it's tiny but sufficient to a family of four in our case. While the name B&B suggests bed and breakfast, breakfast is not automatically included but can be purchased on site. We got yelled at because we did not purchase the breakfast in advance and walked in and prepared to eat. But wait! We can always pay for it (later) right? The staff covering the morning shift that day argued that people 'normally' pay first (so we can not pay later?!).... To be fair, the dining area was clean and welcoming, and foods were there. There were no signages saying that 'Please pay before sitting down' or 'Please wait here to be seated'. The bottom line is that there is no reason to yell at people, right? Just kindly put down a bill/check would yield a much better travel experience. How did the entire incidence end? We paid for the breakfast, but did not eat anything. We walked across the street and had our breakfast at the McDonald's. We did not want to eat in a bad mood with a rude staff.

Two nights business trip to Düsseldorf Interpack 2023. Hotel was very nice and clean. Service was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean although the view from the window was not the beat but what can you expect from this location near the airport. Breakfast had everything you need and was tasteful basic hotel breakfast. If you want to eat bigger there is restaurant across the yard in Novotel. This hotel is just a walk away from train station and sky train station that takes you to the airport. Also bus SB51 takes you to airport or citycenter. Location is good for business travellers but perhaps not the best if you want to be near citycenter.

Wanted a hotel close to train station and this was it. Perfect. Enough amenities and top notch cleanliness. Food was good and felt like a home away from home. No nonsense frills just met all my needs and love the brand as it’s been consistently good in most of my stays.

실제로 뒤셀도르프 공항에서 가장 가까운 호텔입니다. 짐을 챙긴 후 터미널 건물 밖으로 나가지 말고 맥도날드 매장으로 바로 직진하여 1층으로 올라간 후 나가서 오른쪽으로 직진하세요. 아니면 표지판을 따라가기만 하면 됩니다. 터미널 건물 1층 오른쪽에 있는 슈퍼마켓에서 물건을 살 수 있습니다. 방의 상태도 매우 좋고 방은 꽤 크고 도시의 방보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 조식도 아주 좋은데 문이 빡빡할 때 사용하기 쉽지 않은 카드도 있는 것 같습니다. 비행기를 타기 위해 여기에 사는 것은 확실히 옳습니다.

L'hôtel est extrêmement excentré. Cela ne semblait pas être un problème à la réservation dans la mesure où l'hôtel est supposé être plutôt bien desservi par les transports. Cependant, l'hôtel déclare être à deux minutes du métro. Cette station est en effet présente, mais est la dérivation d'une ligne avoisinante. La station est fermée le soir et le dimanche et est désservie une fois toute les 30 minutes. Une autre station à 7 minutes de marche à pied dans un quartier d'affaire et désert le soir (et donc pas très sécurisant) s'impose donc la plupart du temps, et l'hôtel omet cette information de son site. De plus, cette autre station n'est désservie que toutes les 20 minutes. Comptez donc au moins une demi-heure pour rejoindre le centre-ville, ce qui réduit toute possibilité de repasser à l'hôtel pour se changer avant d'aller dîner par exemple. L'accueil est plutôt amical, mais la réceptionniste qui était présente pendant la quasi-totalité de mon séjour semblait de moins en moins sympathique lorsqu'on avait besoin d'elle. Par exemple, je ne parvenais pas à faire fonctionner le coffre-fort et visiblement elle non plus. Aucun mode d'emploi n'était mis à la disposition des clients ni du personnel semble-t-il. Une atre personne est venue voir si elle pouvait faire quelque chose et devait revenir vers moi, mais cela n'a jamais été le cas. J'ai donc dû me débrouiller moi-même. En attendant de trouver une solution le 2ème jour, j'ai dû confier certains de mes effets personnels à la réception afin qu'ils soient entreposés dans le coffre fort central. En raison de clients ayant fumé dans leur chambre d'après les membres du personnel de l'hôtel, le signal d'alarme à été automatiquement activé pendant la première nuit, et nous avons tous dû être évacués, dans la rue, avec une température de 10°C. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par la réactivité du personnel qui à distribué des couvertures aux enfants et qui s'est montré à l'écoute des interrogations des clients en revenant dans l'hôtel. J'ajoute qu'ils semblait bien connaître et appliquer à la lettre un plan d'urgence. Le petit déjeuner était de belle qualité.

During the business trip we had a chance to stay at this place. It is nicely located at the terminus of a train station. It has nice rooms with fantastic views. There is a well appointed restaurant on the ground floor. A wish - rooms could have been slightly bigger.
