트립 인 포스트호텔 뒤렌(Trip Inn PostHotel Düren)

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar mit dem Zug. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ich war mit dem Service zufrieden.

設施：很舊的一家酒店，第一天入住的房間暖氣壞了，冷了一夜，因為住滿了，第二天才給調換了房間，裏面的設施也很陳舊，前台説是要更新了 衞生：床單被套枕套上都是肉眼可見的頭髮，衞生情況很差，有潔癖的朋友還是算了 服務：服務還是中規中矩的，早餐廳的工作人員都很熱情，前台的姑娘也不錯，暖氣壞了送來了電暖器…… 環境：唯一的優勢是位置，就在市中心步行街，出門去哪兒都很方便

Room had a stinging wasp nest outside which caused dozens of flying insects to enter the room in the early morning. The light near bed was full of dead wasps. They were large snd aggressive. It was really terrifying. We kept windows after first two nights but rooms was very stuffy snd uncomfortable. After first night I notified the hotel front desk and they later told me they had no sign of any insects. We complained, showed photos and they did not show any concern. I was told that the city government did not allow the hotel to exterminate the wasp nest . We were stuck for six nights. No other hotels available, no room change snd no card from hotel manager. We paid in advance. We finally just kept the windows closed tight but with no ventilation it was terribly uncomfortable but better than having dozens of stinging wasps frenzied in the room. Please save future guests this nightmare.

There was a smell of mould in the corridor on the ground floor around the reception area. However, the rooms we freshly redecorated and new furniture were installed. The bed was comfortable and soft.

We stayed here because it was on the road to further destinations. Because of the traffic we were a little late at the check in (22:30), but when I called on our way to the hotel to mention that, it wasn't a problem. In the morning we left. Our short stay was nice. The only 'not very good' thing was our matress. It was a little old so our backs went down in de matress.

The only complaint was the ice on the driveway to the parking. The hotel room was clean and the bathroom was very good. The staff were all friendly. The best bit is the 11 euro breakfast which was wonderful. A great stopover hotel.

We were driving home from a holiday in Bohemia and were just looking for somewhere to stay overnight. Duren is not really on the tourist trail and when you visit the place you can see why, but it is very well located for an overnight stay when travelling. It has little to offer although it is entirely adequate for an overnight stopover. With all this in mind, we arrived at the Durens Posthotel, which we had chosen on the basis of price. We were very pleasantly surprised. Service at the reception was friendly and efficient and we were delighted to be told that we had been allocated the "suite" at the top of the hotel. It wasn't so much a suite but rather a large attic room and an enormous bathroom. We felt that you could probably achieve your 10,000 steps a day by simply walking to and from the bathroom a few times! Wifi was provided and worked well. Decor was okay but the window blinds were not of the blackout type. Outdoor parking is available but they have a garage for which they charge 9Euros 50 a night. We had a lot of stuff in the car and preferred the added security that this brought. Sadly and presumably due to Covid, the hotel bar and restaurant were not open on the evening that we arrived so we went for a walk in the town (the hotel is fairly centrally located) to find a restaurant. We ate at La Taverna restaurant which was superb and we will review separately. There was a large vending machine in the stairwell and amongst other things, it dispensed beer. A group of other residents were enjoying a few bottles on the terrace outside. Breakfast was adequate for content but superb for service. The young lad looking after the breakfast service was charming. He spoke excellent English and told us just how much he enjoyed James Bond films. Would we stay there again? You betcha!

Very good service and friendly staff. Comfortable room and bathroom.

Für einen Aufenthalt ok. Sauber, ruhig, nettes Personal. E-Ladestelle war für uns das Ausschlaggebende. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus über dunkle, schlecht geteerte Strasse erreichbar und nicht besonders gepflegt. Aber in Summe: Passt
