Issues with the room accommodations that were reserved over the phone regarding a fold away bed. I reserved a two room suite and a fold away bed to accommodate our family of five. When arrived met with front desk clerk Ivori and went to our room. Left the family unpacking while I went to advise the front desk we were missing our food away. Ivori was very dismissive of my concern and said she could give us a smaller room, a studio suite, that could accommodate our request due to a fire hazard. I reluctantly agreed since I had initially spent more on the larger room. The main issue was her attitude toward us stating that we needed to pack up all our belongings and bring them back down so she could physically ensure we were out of the room before she would give us another. I asked her to please allow us to move straight into another room as to avoid our family having to drag our belongings back to the front desk then up to another room especially since we had traveled about 9 hours and were exhausted. She, Ivori, refused and said she wanted to physically see us downstairs at the front desk before helping us. Never been treated this way at Hilton property before and might never stay ar another one again.

Wonderful stay here (especially after a disaster stay in Telluride)! All staff were friendly, helpful and nice! Room was large and bed super comfy! Breakfast and whirlpool were excellent and great bars and restaurants nearby. Will def stay again - could not have asked for a better stay.

Durango. 우리는 다음날 비행기를 얻기 위해 서두르는 것처럼 전화를 걸고 경고하지 않았습니다. 그녀는 그들을 경고하지 않은 것에 대해 우리를 벌주지 않을 정도로 좋았습니다. 또한 그녀는 5 일 후이 왕복 여행을 위해 커플 방을 마련했습니다. 토비의 상황에 대한 이해와 방과 주변 환경이 얼마나 좋았는지 때문에; 내년에 우리의 귀국 체류를 위해 가장 권장되는 Quality Inn. 토비와 직원 축복.

While I can't complain about the price of this hotel. It did not live up to the expectations that I had. Location wise, it's near a fairly busy street and not only are the walls thin but there are gaps in the door so I heard every time a car passed by along with all of the commotion that happened outside. Additionally, the photos that you see on the hotels website and reviews don't accurately portray what the hotel looks like in person. It feels like this hotel was attempted to be renovated and got halted somewhere in the middle.
