Premier Inn Dunstable / Luton

Premier Inn Dunstable/Luton staff were very helpful. They helped me to secure booking and found them all were very courteous throughout my stay. Rooms were very clean and tidy there was hardly anything to fault. TV worked fine, shower was nice and warm and Bed were so comfy as well.

Guest services is horrendous, I stayed in Feb 2024, I had an issue with the toilet not working, the room was comfortable however seeing as the hotel was fully booked we were left with no other option but to stay in a room without a working WC, the on site staff were extremely helpful and tried to remedy the issue for us and even expedited our issue to Guest Services stating the full issue and also informed me that we would receive a refund due to the issue. To this date I have not had any resolution or response from Guest services, the hotel staff have tried to assist me in this but they have no power to make a decision, This is has taken almost 2 months now!!

Value for money hotel. Rooms, floors etc need updating. The room was clean the bed was comfy. The only downside was the receptionists English was not the best. Very hard to understand what she was saying or offering.

Lovely family room, very spacious, clean, and very extremely comfortable. Great nights sleep it was sooooo quiet. Very pleasant staff member on reception, only snag was the WiFi was down but that's technology for you. Would highly recommend

Booked 2 rooms for a family get together just down the road. The hotel is well placed being not far from the M1 but not too close so that you can hear it. Rooms were nice, basic but clean and absolutely fine for our one night stay. The gentleman on reception was efficient and polite, everything was stress and worry free. We will definitely book again for our next get together! Thank you.

Sarah from the restaurant was an excellent host, she served us during the evening meal and breakfast and was very friendly and helpful throughout always was smiling and happy. The hotel was ideally situated and did everything we needed and I slept really well.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out process. The restaurant was also great - good food and friendly service. Sarah was a great waitress and dinner and breakfast were lovely. Rooms were very spacious and clean, and the hotel was nice and quiet. We'd definitely stay again

Absolute stink of ***** when first walking down ground floor corridor Room not cleaned properly shower curtain mouldy Not great for the money, The food in the restaurant was good and the waitress very polite Stayed for a work trip with a colleague who has the same opinion
