Premier Inn Dunfermline

We were contacted direct to ask if we agreed to a change of room which we did. On arrival the room we were given was very poor and looked only partly ready for guests. Bathroom was ok but the rest was not good. No facility to make drinks, desk was in need of repair, no other furniture in room for clothes etc so everything was on the floor. Booked table for evening meal for 7.30 and were told on arrival that kitchens would close in 15 minutes! Breakfast food was only warm.

Extremely overpriced for what you got. No restaurant or bar. Check in took forever but nothing to do with the lovely receptionist, she deserves a medal with which she has to deal with. It’s not her job to say about the bar and restaurant not available. We should have bed notified and offered alternatives options but off course we weren’t

Stayed overnight so my daughter could go to the Eras tour at Murray Field. I stayed in the hotel and worked while she was at the concert. Room was clean and comfortable, I worked undisturbed and had an excellent night's sleep.

Another good experience with Premier, Chelsey on reception was fantastic and really helpful in selecting me a quiet room. Room was to the usual Premier standard, clean, comfy bed and food on tap at the Brewers Fare next door. Convenient location for work

Staff were friendly and really welcoming. The room was the usual fairness you’d expect from a Premier Inn. WiFi was poor and mobile signal wasn’t much better.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend as we had a wedding, great friendly staff at reception across our visit. The guy on the desk when we arrived a bit early managed to get us checked into our room sooner so we could get ready and even got an invite to be a plus 1 at the wedding by of my friends lol. Plenty coffee available thankfully as we needed it on the morning after the wedding, will definitely recommend 100%!

BF, where breakfast was, was filthy, required lots of small repairs, piles of used cigarette ends & bits of rubbish outside front entrance, and dirty dishes on outdoor tables, disinterested staff! Hotel was average, friendly staff, BF brings down the rating.

Initially booked and paid for the Saturday night but wanted to add on the Friday night as well. So did the Friday night as a separate booking. E-mailed them prior to arrival to see if I could get the same room both nights - which they reassured me I would - just as long as I got my room key changed/renewed for the second night which I did without any issues. On arrival the young lady on reception was so pleasant it was really good. Room clean and comfortable. And a good nights sleep as well.

Got a room overlooking the Mcdonalds 24hr drive through - car noise through the night Rooms looking very dated. No USB ports, slow Wifi small TV offset on the wall (not possible to have it face the bed directly). It was bank holiday weekend - £150 for the night no breakfast!
