헤리엇 레인 시티 아파트먼트(Heriot Lane City Apartments)

Super friendly owner who welcomed us and left coffee granules for the plunger. Great location - walk to George Street. Parking right outside. Recommend one bedroom for space. Bathroom had a good walk-in shower, nice towels and a washing machine and dryer which is a bonus when you've been travelling for a few days.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean 2 story apar**ent. Lovely host. Cecylia gave us a very warm welcome and great information of local places of interest and places to eat. The apar**ent was extremely welcoming with lovely dining and lounge room , also lovely comfortable beds. Beautiful courtyard garden. My only constructive criticism would be that a 3 bedroom apar**ent with 2 bathrooms that only includes 1 toilet.

The host was absolutely amazing from texting us beforehand to see when we were arriving to ensure the heatpumps were on as the weather was cold unexpectedly to the lovely coffee and chocolate left for us on arrival. She also arranged for an extra key for us. The rooms were lovely, the apar**ents smelt clean. Compared to an apar**ent we stayed at in Queenstown a month earlier which was more expensive this was far more superior. The beds were comfortable. Your cars are parked off the road and can't be seen. Due to my health issues I needed to catch a cab into town for our concert and it was only $11. We will definitely be back.

My husband I were so impressed with this studio apar**ent. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Owner Cecylia was very attentive, room was very clean and comfortable. Car is needed to get around. Be aware that the facility does not have a cook top.

Really well presented and kept. The local coffee and choc was a lovely welcome. We also met Cecilia those owner and she was both lovely and helpful. Very warm apar**ent. The only thing to consider is yes, there are two bathrooms, but only one loo (in the 3BR) - just something to consider if you have a full house! Definitely recommend for a visit to Dunedin.

Beds are so comfy. Great location. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Just a lovely place to stay. Roomy for 2 adults and 2 older teens. Lovely gardens. Units in a safe private area with off street parking.
