We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! 리뷰가 모두 긍정적 임에도 불구하고 무엇을 기대해야 할지 잘 모르겠습니다. 다른 사람들이 언급했듯이 공용 공간과 객실은 모두 고품질의 주로 골동품 가구로 꾸며져 있으며 여행 중에 소유자가 수집합니다. 객실에는 매우 편안한 침대, 샤워를 위한 온수, 정중하고 세심한 직원이 있습니다. 우리는 가족을 위해 3개의 방을 예약했고 모두 좋은 품질이었고 우리가 그 비용에 머물렀던 다른 방보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 우리가 다시 그 지역에있을 때 우리는 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for one week in a Family Apartment. We chose Villa Prescilla as we wanted to be able to self-cater and cook our own meals. The hotel is a short drive from both the airport (via taxi) and the centre of Dumaguete (trike). Getting transport via a trike is easy, plus the trikes here are much bigger than in Manila or Angeles and the prices were reasonable: but it does help if you have a Filipina with you to ensure you are not being taken advantage of (but I still gave tips to drivers). Location is away from the hustle & bustle of Dumaguete, but the road is still very busy and noise from traffic can be a bit of a problem, but main bedroom is at the rear of the building and we kept the doors shut. To avoid being awakened too early by neighbouring roosters or barking dogs, I recommend having the fan on for white noise. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age, but it is still clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, plus the caretaker/s were very helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be in relation to the Wi-Fi signal which at times was non-existent (welcome to the Philippines...lol). In the times we live, Wi-Fi has become a necessity and I was relying on being able to use my laptop, so it was of great importance to me to be able to access the internet when I wanted / needed. Fortunately, each time I really needed to access the internet the caretakers would come to the apartment and were able to get a signal for me through trial and error, plus a lot of persistence and sometimes calling upon the available IT guru (caretakers’ teenage son). My Filipina was very happy with the kitchen facilities and was able to whip up some great meals. Caretakers were also able to arrange a private car with driver for us (day trip to Bindoy) and a taxi for the journey to the airport for our departure.

객실은 매우 작았습니다. 밤에는 사람들이 걷고 복도에서 무작위로 큰 소리로 소음이 발생하여 깨어났습니다. 또한 우리 방은 잠겨 있지 않았습니다. 그들은 무료 아침 식사 (버드 버드 또는 토스트를 선택)를 제공하지만 버드 버드를 사용할 수 없었고 토스트는별로 없습니다. 저녁 / 밤에 Wi-Fi가 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 이것을 신경 쓰지 않았지만 모두 가격이 가치가 없다고 생각합니다. 그러나 분위기는 멋졌고 느긋하게 보였다. 카우치, 책, 예술 등 (비록 그들이 매우 작은 물고기 탱크를 제거하기를 바란다)

호텔은 가구가 비치되어 있습니다! 매우 따뜻하고 프론트 직원은 매우 좋습니다! 체크 아웃 시간에 대한 추가 비용은 없습니다. 물론 다른 비용을 지불 할 필요가 없다고 말하십시오 ~ 나중에 팁이 주어졌습니다! 방은 깨끗하게 청소되었는데 혼자 사는 것을 알고는 있지만 공항에 목욕 타올 2 개를 매일 무료로드립니다! !! 나는 또한 내 이름을 간판으로 인쇄했습니다! !! 정말 맛있어요 Dumaguete에 가면 여기에 가야 해요! 호텔 맞은 편에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있고 그 옆에 식당이 있으며 택시를 타는 것이 매우 편리하며 공항에서 6 분 거리에 있으며 부두에서 매우 가깝고 부두에서 12 분 거리입니다.
