When we arrived we didn’t expect it to be so modern! The decor is great, it’s very clean, the bed is comfy, the space has been very well thought off. We spoke to Katie in reception who booked us in and who gave us some recommendations of what to do around the area. We booked breakfast for the morning and it’s all you can eat! Super friendly staff, super clean hotel, would definitely recommend and will be back very soon! Amy x

Great stay, clean comfy and simple. Had dinner in the restaurant all very good. Great service from Gurjeet. Usually have lots of issues with business trips and Room allowances not been transferred properly but not one problem this time in the bar 85 Café.

We visited this hotel for 2 nights as we visited nearby attractions. This hotel was well kept and has been updated. Staff really friendly and helpful with plenty of parking. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Look forward to our next visit.

The first night stay was good. Receptionist were very pleasant and the room and our sleep was good. However the second day we had to check out at 12 noon. Just before 10am housekeeping came into our room whilst we were asleep and woke up my husband who worked till the early hours of the morning and my 1 year old son who is having broken sleep due to teething.we had our 'do not disturb' sign on our door. We went to reception to explain that we were not happy about what happened and the male receptionist told us he doesn't see a problem someone coming unto our room at 10am. Which got us very upset. On top of that he accused us of putting our key card in the box. Which we proved that we didn't because we had both of them in front of him. I told him if there was a kepcaed with our door number in there it must be from the person who barged into our room unannounced. Which he couldn't deny. The worst part to top everything all off he said to us 'you just want a free room from us'. That was definitely crossing the line! The point is we shouldn't have been disturbed with a do not disturb sign on our door well before 12 noon We expect to tell reception of the problems we faced and come to a resolution but instead being faced with someone accusing us of trying to get a free room and accusing us of putting our room key in the box when we clearly didn't and being extremely rude and arrogant and not understanding the issue that we faced. We don't accept being treated how we were by that male receptionist and will definitely not be staying in dudley again!! Thank you to the ladies on our first night stay for being polite and welcoming.

Good onsite parking. Convenient location. Pleasant Staff, clean. Found privacy issue with ground floor room as on main path from carpark. Could do with "net" or similar curtain. Breakfast I am afraid was awful. The melon balls in the fruit were still being slightly frozen and tasteless, the mushrooms cold, tomatoes nearly cold. The sausages were good, the bacon on the cold/tough side - the egg I didn't try. The coffee was good. The tea was awful- no colour to it at all - despite being TG Tips, perhaps the water wasn't at boiling temperature? We certainly weren't happy with what we paid! Good concept, nicely laid out, clean, but doesn't work if you want a cooked breakfast. Most disappointing.
