아보카 하우스

This was a quaint townhouse located in the suburbs of Galway. The hostess was warm and friendly. She offered a map and great suggestions of places to visit and eat. The food was delicious and there was plenty to eat. The place was easy to find and free parking.

We stayed 2 nights here (Thurs & Friday) and would definitely return. Because of Taylor Swift lots of hotels in Dublin were booked up, but I'm really glad we stayed here. Lovely atmosphere, nice bedrooms, lounge and garden area. A really flexible help yourself breakfast that you could eat all day. Cereal, breads, boiled eggs, meats, cheese and yoghurt, fruit, tea and coffee (a few different types). Host (Jack) is very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags with him early when we arrived and late when we flew out late in the evening. It's an easy 10 min bus ride into Dublin centre (2 euros with a leap card) with buses every few mins on the main road (5 min walk). Or walk it in 45 mins. Also easy to/from the airport (2 euro again!). Route 16 & 41 go down the main road. Drumcondra is a lovely area in its own right. Great pubs without the tourists very close by(Kennedy's and Fagans a 5 min walk). Botanic Gardens and Glasnevin cemetery (both free) are 10 mins walk and we'll worth a visit. Croke Park is 20 mins - the stadium tour is fantastic.

Lovely accommodation in quiet area with lovely, engaging hosts. Contemporary room with ensuite bath. Very clean. Host granted requests quickly and easily. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of options.

Absolute BEST bed and breakfast you can find in Dublin. Also the CHEAPEST ! It's a magnificent mansion owned by an amazing couple, their son and the cutest dog Chili. They are very kind and show you everything you need to know right at the start. You have free breakfasts included in the nights you book. They have a lovely well thought decoration house which definitely makes you feel at home ! The rooms are big and the bathrooms are lovely. They fit for anyone and every taste. They also have a gorgeous back garden that you would definitely love ! I couldn't recommend anything else than this BnB in Dublin. They are located in a very safe neighborhood and you have everything close to the house. Restaurants, supermarkets, all the buses that go either right to the airport or right to the centre. Don't hesitate and pick this place, you won't be disappointed I guarantee!

Our stay at Avoca House was just perfect. Jack and his family were extremely welcoming and helpful and a real plasure to talk to. The rooms were quite spacious and spotless and the beds really comfortable. The breakfast is continental, organised in a 'self service' way, which, despite being a bit unusual for a B&B, was very adequate and actually suited us perfectly, as we had a couple of early mornings when we went on trips and we had breakfast very early. The location is in a residential area, about 10 minutes to the centre by bus. I actually preferred it to being in the chaotic centre, and there are a few really good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Thank you for everything, we can't wait to be back!

Super Bed and Breakfast à Dublin. Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et agréable avec une salle de bain privative. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut : sèche cheveux, savons, gels douches, serviette de bain et même une bouilloire et café et thé dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est également au top : on est libre de se servir ce que l'on souhaite à manger et le choix est très variés (jambon, charcuterie, oeufs, fromage, yaourt, viennoiseries, céréales, pancakes, pain etc...) Pour se rendre au centre ville il suffit de prendre le bus, l'arrêt de bus est à moins de 10min à pied et pour les visiteurs vous pouvez acheter une leap card visitor pour prendre le bus en illimité (16e pour 3jours à acheter au bureau central de bus rue O'Connell ) On recommande à 100% Et petit bonus : en période de Noël vous aurez la chance de prendre le petit déjeuner avec vu sur un magnifique sapin de Noël digne des plus beaux films).
