It was good stay experience. Its nice and clean hotel apartment. Room Size is good, house keeping nice and good rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna

我還挺喜歡這個酒店公寓的，過去多次預訂，這是酒店最後一個房間，房間小一點，但是感覺還挺温馨。 窗户可以打開，有小廚房，可以洗水果或者去超市買東西回來做點美食。這附近有小商店，還有小飯店，在社區，去哪裡都很方便。

Main reason I selected this hotel is because of swimming pool in affordable price for a family of 4. My children loves swimming, however the swimming pool is not a children friendly pool. In other words there is no pool for children. My 5 years old son used the jacuzzi instead at 8am in the morning but the life guard stop us to use it because he said is not for the children and if other customer comes see the child in the jacuzzi they might think is for a kid pool which I was offended, because nobody there except me and my children and we will not use it for a day besides we are customer as well, and JACUZZI was not even working that time. The regular pool is 1.5M, deep for my 5 years old son. Breakfast wasn't to my expectation, but still is fine. Room is spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Staff in the front desk are polite and willing to help anytime. But please put up a pool for children.

It was really pleasant and fabulous staying at your premises more over was surprised by birthday wishes and beautiful cake for my daughter on her arrival day .Really recommend to all for lovely stay at Savoy Park .

My stay at Savoy Park Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. I want to give special recognition to Karan from housekeeping and the entire front office team for their outstanding efforts. Karan's housekeeping was impeccable. Every day, my room was perfectly maintained with thoughtful touches that made my stay incredibly comfortable. His attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were impressive, and he always carried out his work with a friendly smile and utmost professionalism. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff who genuinely care about guest comfort, and Karan exceeded my expectations. Equally impressive was the front office staff, who made my check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, and their warm, welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. The entire team, from housekeeping to the front desk, worked seamlessly to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their combined efforts made my visit to Savoy Park Hotel an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its excellent facilities but for the truly outstanding service provided by Karan and the front office team. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Rooms are nice , Cozy and comfortable I am here to attend a function and only used for resting with family after the event, And the customer service provided by Restaurant staff and Reception staff are really professional and with full care , they gift my kids with toys too Last but not least breakfast was really nice and always they made sure guests are getting all what they need This is my second stay with Savoy, previously i have stayed in Savoy Central Apartment

The property is exceptionally well maintained even better than some famous hotels, the location is all about convenience as several amenities exist adjacent to the hotel. Travelling with a family, a washing machine, fridge and heat plate are more than a must, which all existed in good working condition

The hotel is super clean. The staffs are very professional. The apartment is truly home away from home. The apartment is really worth the price. Very close to the city center. Abut 10mins walk to Burjuma metro station. The swimming pool is clean although it's a bit small

This hotel is pretty decent and at a good location in Bur Dubai. Most restaurants are walkable (between 500m to 1km) at the same time it is a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean. I stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apt. I felt the bathroom was tiny but it was adequate. Customer service was 'okay'. The guy I spoke to at the front desk wasn't much aware of the restaurants close by. He only suggested a couple, but when we explored the area we found good reasonably priced restaurants near by. There were also malls close by which is walkable. Such as a carryfour about 1.2 kms away. I might stay here again.

we stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful holiday, thank to the super friendly staff ..always smiling and helpful! breakfast was great, very rich choice, salted and sweet for every flavour and habit...super good rates for high quality! Room size, bed size and cleaning was also perfect!! Overall great comfort. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Pocket friendly and spacious rooms only 1 lift working so waiting time is more the restaurant staff extremely good and polite always serving with a smile.The housekeeping guy Mr Ram hard working and polite rooms were done daily and kept clean.The front desk staff also good but one of them was rude and arrogant he had the guts to show me his name badge and told me complaint to who ever u want or write whatever u feel in the reveiw when I confronted him that this is not the way to speak to a guest.Small things happen and I have forgiven him.Overall experience v good.will surely recommend to my freinds and family.
