매우 만족스러웠고 다음번에 친구에게 추천할 것입니다

방이 매우 더럽고, 바퀴벌레가 많고, 필요할 때 도움을 요청하기 어려운 경우가 많습니다. 누구에게도 여기 머물 것을 권장하지 않습니다.

매우 나쁘다, 달려라

지하철역과 가까워서 편리하고, 대중교통망이 좋으며, 두바이 국제공항이 근처에 있습니다. 친절한 직원. 배관 상태가 매우 나쁩니다. 아침 식사도 나쁘지 않습니다.

불행히도 내가 기대했던 것과는 달랐습니다. 방은 그렇게 깨끗하지 않았고 장소는 매우 붐비고 시끄러웠습니다.

제가 가본 호텔 중 최악이었습니다. 방으로 걸어가서 침대에 바퀴벌레 50마리 이상이 있는 걸 보았다고 상상해보세요. 충격적이고 역겹습니다. 리셉션에 보고했는데, 그들의 반응은 더 끔찍했습니다. 그들은 그들과 오랜 말다툼을 한 후 방을 바꾸기로 했습니다. 또 다른 끔찍한 문제는 호텔이 많은 성 노동자를 수용해서 그들이 평범한 손님인 척하게 했다는 것입니다. 그들은 다른 나라에서 데려와서 호텔에서 일하고 무료 방을 얻었습니다. 그들이 왜 아직도 면허를 가지고 있는지 궁금합니다.

슬픈 일이지만 직원들은 친절하지 않고, 심지어 도움도 주지 않아요. 베개를 하나 더 요청했는데 베개 커버 없이 주었고, 최악의 경우 베개 커버에 얼룩이 묻어 있어요. 시설도 잘 관리되지 않아요. 우리는 금연 구역인데도 여전히 누군가 담배를 피우는 냄새가 나요. 우리가 가본 호텔 중 최악이에요.

호텔은 괜찮아 보이지만 안으로 들어가니 직원들이 불친절하고 도와주려 하지 않았습니다. 제 방 잠금 장치가 작동하지 않았습니다(잠금 장치의 배터리가 소진되었습니다). 놀랍게도 밖에서 돌아왔을 때 방이 열려 있었고 다행히 아무것도 잃어버리지 않았습니다. 방에 수건이 없었고, 4번이나 전화해서 온다고 했는데 30분 후에도 오지 않아서 리셉션에 가서 직접 물어봐야 했습니다. 광고에는 다리미가 있다고 나와 있었는데 제가 방을 예약한 이유 중 하나는 다음 날 입을 정장에 다리미가 필요했기 때문인데, 들어갔을 때는 다리미가 없었습니다. 실제로 요청했을 때 수건에 같은 것을 요청했지만 입천장에 뭔가가 들어간 더러운 수건을 주었고 옷을 다려야 했기 때문에 사용할 수밖에 없었습니다. 광고에 나온 주전자와 커피, 차는 있지만 실제로 방에는 어디에도 없었습니다. 샤워기는 고장 났고 침대는 녹이 슬었고 침대 안쪽이 나오기 시작했습니다. 방은 아래층 2클럽과 내 방 옆 마사지실에서 너무 시끄러워요. 전반적으로 직장인인 저에게는 제 숙박이 재앙이었어요. 하지만 그냥 잠만 자고 싶다면 여기가 괜찮아요.

In 40 years of travelling and having stayed in 100's of hotels worldwide ranging from 2* right up to 5* I can truthfully say this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in hands down. Some of the staff were very friendly and some of them were downright rude but it was the rooms that were unacceptable. Thankfully we stayed only 2 nights. The rooms were dirty and damp and lacked even the most basic facilities. The first room we stayed in had black mould growing everywhere and as an asthmatic that can be hazardous. The carpet was filthy, nothing in the room looked like it had been polished ever, there was thick dust on the skirting boards and the bed was damp. There was a kettle but no tea, coffee or milk to go with it. The door to the cabinet that housed the fridge was hanging off its hinges. We were given one towel between 2 of us and had to ask 4 times before another one was brought up. To make matters worse there were 3 night clubs in the hotel and music thumping until 2am. We complained so they changed our room to one with a balcony. To be honest it wasn't much better than the other one but at least the bed wasn't damp. The real shame is that at one point this hotel has been really nice but its been allowed to deteriorate to such a point its perhaps beyond repair. It could certainly do with a good clean but i doubt it would measure up to 3 stars even with that. It shouldn't have a star rating at all. If health and safety inspected it i'm sure it would be condemned. We went up to the pool on the roof hoping to enjoy a few drinks in the poolside bar. No such luck. The stairs up to the pool had been carpeted and the carpet was threadbare and ripped. Again if you weren't careful you could have tripped over the carpet. The bar was shut. There were no beds by the pool.

First and foremost, I don’t get what I paid. There are much better Hotel that gives the same rate which they’re offering. Apart from that, don’t be easily fool with their advertising a lot of extra charges will be added, how come they’re charging us for a cleaning fee. The room is terribly dirty. I requested for a housekeeping which one lady came wearing a slipper and insisting that the room is clean and there’s no need to clean or to be transferred to different room. How come that their staffs are wearing slipper. Staffs are very rude, unprofessional. You can hear the sound of the noise in the room beside to you. No towels, I used tissue just to dry myself after shower. No bottled water. AC is not working. Everything in this Hotel is totally disgusting. It’s my mistake that I didn’t check the reviews first but whatever negative reviews you will see everything are true. So better not come in this Hotel. DTCM should do something about them to take action. #neveragain
