Since 2016 I am staying in this hotel but now I decided not to continue staying in your hotel, As a loyal customer you always expect extra ordinary services which was not delivered in my last stay, in the past the front desk staff was so courageous and friendly but now its totally different it seems that guest is not paying but the host is paying for your stay, I cancelled my April booking and move to another hotel, I need respect for me and my gust which I didn't not find this time
