모든 것을 사랑했고, 아침 식사는 굉장했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. Anastasia는 첫날 호스트였고 그녀의 미소 덕분에 우리는 그곳에서 매일을 매우 아름답게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 그녀는 매우 사랑스러웠습니다.

호텔은 매우 편안합니다

절대로 수영장이 있는 방을 선택하지 마세요. 공항 활주로 근처에 살고 싶나요? 고속도로 옆에서 휴가를 보내는 것은 어떻습니까? 수영장에서 3-4m(사진 참조)에 팔마(Palma) 주변 순환 도로가 있습니다. 낮에는 여러 톤의 트럭이 요동치고, 밤에는 스포츠카가 경주합니다. 돈이 있으면 단독빌라를 잡고, 돈이 별로 없다면 수영장이 보이는 방을 택하세요. 체크인이 늦어서 레스토랑이 더 이상 영업하지 않았습니다. 그래서 NV가 비용을 지불했기 때문에 미리 당직 책임자인 아나스타샤에게 방에 간단한 저녁 식사를 준비해 달라고 요청했습니다. 그러나 아나스타샤는 이것이 호텔 규정이라며 거절했다. 많은 협상 끝에 우리는 치즈 플레이트 하나를 얻을 수 있었습니다. 이렇게 불친절한 일은 처음 접했습니다. 장점 중 하나는 청소 서비스의 고품질 작업입니다. 하지만 명시된 청소 시간보다 격일로 20~30분씩 늦었습니다. 가장 큰 장점 중 하나는 리셉션에서 러시아어를 구사하는 두 명의 관리자가 작업한다는 것입니다. 모든 문제에 대한 친절함과 즉각적인 해결. 가장 큰 장점은 메인 레스토랑의 작업입니다. 훌륭한 요리사. 새해 연휴를 위해-Olivier가 능숙하게 준비되어 매우 즐거웠습니다. 레스토랑 메뉴에 없는 요리를 준비해달라고 요청하자 다음날 모든 것이 최선의 방법으로 이루어졌습니다. 전체 레스토랑 직원은 매우 도움이 되고 세심합니다. 아침 식사 접시는 즉시 비워집니다.

It’s been 10 years since our last trip to Kempinski on The Palm. We used to come regularly when we lived in London, but now we live in Canada and unfortunately it’s not as convenient! Our kids were very small and really didnt remember much of Dubai at all so it was time to bring them back as we’d missed it. Service in the Caribbean just isn’t up to the same standard. We’ve had a wonderful week and don’t want to leave. The rooms are just how we remember them, spotlessly clean and comfortable with big beds and high thread count linen. The staff are friendly, efficient and most of all, happy to go above and beyond. With the jet-lag, we’ve been heading to breakfast around 10.30am and really appreciate the buffet being open until 11am. The food is delicious and the breakfast offerings are immense… something for everyone. It’s always lovely to be greeted with big smiles in the morning from people who seem to enjoy their jobs, as appears to be the case with the chefs and servers. Kamal has been an absolute delight and I look forward to seeing him when we head down. He has taken care of us so well and in seconds is over to move the patio umbrella to give us shade if we need it. Being here during Ramadan has meant it’s been nice and quiet, just the way we like it. Plenty of space at the pool and beach. We’ve also enjoyed seeing everyone arriving for the evening feast in their beautiful outfits! The food looks so good our 2 teenagers have asked to join the feast for our last night here. Coming to Kempinski feels like a proper holiday to us. The surroundings are beautiful, the pool is stunning, the beach is lovely and the views are so special. We will be back for sure.

This is a fantastic place for a vacation with your family. Every nook and cranny has been thought of, the food is delicious. Anything you want, literally. Choose the lagoon view - you'll see a futuristic sunrise! I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. The pool and maintenance is excellent. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the wonderful guys from cleaning service Ramandi and Ikram, they made our vacation very comfortable and cozy, responded to all our requests, they are great! Recruitment Services did a great job picking such a team! Thank you very much. Recommended!

We haven’t been back to the Kempinski for 10 years so did not know what to expect but we were so impressed. While somewhat older, the hotel is still in pristine condition. Birdlife in the gardens, great pool and amazing beach. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay special with special mention of Ahmed (front desk), Sadik(who looked after our room and even brought flowers on our penultimate day) and Kamal at Brunello restaurant. The breakfast was amazing. There are so many hotels in Dubai but we would not see a need to go anywhere else.

Amazing time in one of my favorite hotels in Dubai, Stunning views,delicious food in villamore with perfect service! The beach are so beautiful and not crowded ,you can recover her up to 100% or even more! Must visit place for relaxation and good food and vibes

Lovely location for a pool and beach day with an amazing waterfront restaurant right at the beach in the luxurious Kempinski hotel ! Loved their Restaurant Villamore here such a beautiful Place with decorations from the sea and a relaxing music playing at all times the service here is amazing, as well as the huge foods and beverages menu they offer, they also have an incredibly delicious Beach Menu which I loved! I wanted to speficially thank Presong and Roshan for the incredible service ✨

Its a „old style“ hotel, wich i like because u don‘t feel like ur in dubai but more somewhere in italy witch is nice. It has beautiful gardens and green area. Its a very calm and quite hotel,the music played is very relaxed. Everyone has more than enough space. You can play football or table tennis, they provide you the items. The beach is super nice, calm with clear water. You can walk along left and right very long distance if you want. The view from the beach is better than from royal atlantis for example. The gym is quite small but its enough because its never crowded. The italian brunello restaurant has very good pasta. Villamore restaurant has great food and direct seaview. The room was very big with two bedrooms and a big livingroom. Ideal for a family. It offers sunset views in the evening wich is great. The team is very professional and competent. Everyone of them. The cleaning team comes two times a day and do an exeptional job. Special thanks to Lucy, Noman and Sadik. You always have more than enough water and coffee. We have been to many different hotels in dubai and have to say Kempinski is an amazing experience for us and offers a great „total package“.

What an amazing pool day we had. We bought day passes and had fun and bubbles all day. The food was amazing, the service (particularly by Julius and the waiter with green eyes - sorry i couldnt catch your name) was fabulous. We were looked after so well. It was my farewell party and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The music wasn't too loud, the dancer was fantastic and all in all it was a great day. I highly recommend this location!
