Wir sind mit Freunden und Eltern für 3 Nächte eingecheckt . Ich habe bereits vor Monaten per Maul geschrieben, dass ich wünsche, dass die Suiten nebeneinander oder in der Nähe sind . Leider hat das nicht geklappt, obwohl wir schon 13.30 Uhr da waren , und der Check in erst 15 Uhr war . Man zeigte kein Interesse , das zu klären. Nachdem wir unsere Suiten beziehen konnten , wurden wir von dem jungen Mann darauf aufmerksam gemacht , dass wir sofort bezahlen kommen müssen ( 3 Paare - 6 Personen ) . Wir haben bei Buchung unsere Kreditkarte als Garantie angeben müssen und konnten nicht verstehen, wieso wir sofort zum Bezahlen antreten mussten . Nach der Bezahlung begab ich mich in die anliegende Felix Bar , die dazu gehört . Dort bestellte ich Getränke. Als ich bezahlen wollte , wurde ich gefragt , ob ich es auf unsere Suite schreiben möchte. Darauf antwortete ich , dass ich doch gerade so dringend alles bezahlen musste bei Anreise . Ich habe dann die Getränke in bar bezahlt und bin nicht mehr mit unseren Freunden in diese Bar gegangen. Zum Kaffee …. Ich habe im Voraus per Mail gefragt , ob wir die Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer haben . Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt , dass es reichlich davon in allen Sorten zur Verfügung hat . Wir hatten eine xxl Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern zu viert und hatten Teekapseln und nur 2 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer - ein tolles Frühstück 🙈 Wir haben dann im Rewe um die Ecke selber Kapseln gekauft . Das Zimmer wurde die ganzen Tage nie kontrolliert, Müll war voll , WC Papier reichte nicht usw … Sehr schade , die Lage ist toll, die Einrichtung in Ordnung, aber das Personal ist ungeschult und total unmotiviert. Wahrscheinlich sind das Mitarbeiter der Bar , die dann nebenbei ein wenig an der Rezeption sich vergnügen.

구시가지에서 도보 거리에 지하 주차장이 있는 아름다운 숙소. 잘 꾸며져 있고 매우 깨끗한 멋진 침실(업그레이드 제공). 도착 시 웰컴 드링크가 제공되었습니다. 도착했을 때 방에 물과 과일이 있었습니다. 주전자가 있었지만 2 일째에 교체되지 않은 차 / 커피의 양은 매우 적었습니다. 우리는 GM Herr Ralf Kutzner를 만나서 매우 영광이었습니다. 그는 우리가 경력, 여행 경험 등에 대해 매우 흥미로운 대화를 나누는 바의 칵테일에 우리를 초대했습니다. 매우 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 고맙습니다. 우리는 레스토랑에서 두 번째 밤에 저녁을 먹었고 매우 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 우리는 드레스덴을 사랑했고 우리가 도시로 돌아간다면 항상 여기에 머물 것입니다.

We were in town for the Christmas markets which is one of Germany's best. Well, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than here. The hotel opens directly upon the central square which is where one of the markets is located. The other major market is just a few steps further across the street. Unfortunately, we weren't given a view room and our room really didn't have a view, but it was comfortable with all the amenities you might expect. We were traveling by car so a big plus was the underground public garage with direct elevator access to the hotel.

One of the cleanest and more modern hotels I've stayed at in Germany. The nightly rate was very fair and the staff were beyond friendly. I had asked for a spoon and some ice for the food I had purchased from the Rewe across the street (super convenient) and both workers nearly sprinted to each grab an item. It was very sweet and funny and they did it with smiles on their faces. The parking garage was also very easy to use and is very modern as well with the contactless entry, exit, and payment (scans your license plate). I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

나는 복도의 첫 번째 방으로 배정되었다. 아침에 정말 시끄러웠어요. 복도의 문은 방음이 매우 열악했습니다. 밖에서 누군가 분명히 들을 수 있었다. 객실은 깨끗하고 인터넷은 양호한 상태입니다. 호텔의 위치는 구시가지에서 멀지 않아 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 씨트립에서 결제 후 호텔에 도착해서 또 다른 도시세를 내야 합니다. 독일에서 만난 것은 이번이 처음이다.

독일 여행의 첫 번째 목적지는 이전 동독의 드레스덴입니다. 객실 요금에 비해 이 호텔의 객실은 매우 비용 효율적입니다. 총 객실 면적은 40제곱미터여야 하며 체크인도 매우 편리합니다. 호텔의 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 주변에 여러 rewe 슈퍼마켓이 있으며 구시가지 중심에서 500m 떨어져 있습니다. 그 옆에 미트 디스트릭트 기차역이 있습니다. 드레스덴 공항을 오가는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔 프론트 데스크가 닫힌 건물 문 안에 위치하고 있으며 첫 번째 숙박이 더 번거롭습니다.

Visited over a long weekend for Christmas markets which were really nice and plentiful. Unfortunately the hotel experience marred what was otherwise a great weekend. So.... Good points: Hotel is ideally located for Dresden city centre. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bar area is cozy and pleasant. Swimming pool was ideally heated for fitness swimming. Poor points: Only the odd member of staff speaks English (despite the website saying otherwise). Mistakes made at check in which were:- No explanation of hotel layout. No complementary water bottles provided, we were then denied them the next day and had to argue with a reception member for them to be given. Room cards not enabled for gym and wellness area access (denied access to the area so had to return to reception to enable). Finally and the most concerning point (one I have never experienced before) was that we were ignored whilst sitting in the bar area. After an afternoon of Christmas markets we returned to the hotel and went to the bar. We waited some considerable time to be waited on before having to ask a female member of staff for our drinks order. We then waited over 10 minutes before drinks were served at the table. I appreciate that during busy times waiting times can be extended but there were only a handful of people seated in the bar area and 4 people attending the bar?? Having drank our drinks we then attempted to get another round which turned into a complete insult. We attempted to stop the female member of staff a couple of times who appeared to be busy but was clearly avoiding us. The bar became a little busier and she was attending tables of German guests and serving drinks in the normal manner. Another male bar tender was doing likewise clearly leaving us to wait whilst they waited on more German guests. I eventually went to the bar to ask another member of staff who took the order but after 10 minutes we had still not been served. I tried to speak to the bar tender about our drinks and was told that they didn't understand (our language) and just walked away??! Completely frustrated with the situation, I went to reception to ask for the manager who I hoped would assist us and help us to get a drink. I was told there was no manager available but he would deal with the situation. In fairness he did speak to the bar staff who then obliged and brought us our drinks. We were then pointed at by other staff members and made to feel really uncomfortable. Eventually we left the bar and went to our rooms before visiting the restaurant later. The restaurant experience was very different and Paul who served us was exemplary in serving us during our various courses. It is a real shame that we experienced the bar behaviour as this is really nice hotel otherwise.

우선, 위치는 Postplatz 옆에 있습니다. 말 그대로 센페로퍼, 레지덴츠 슈로스, 즈윙거, 프라우엔키르체 및 엘베 강의 명소까지 몇 걸음 떨어져 있습니다. 객실은 실제 객실 내부에 샤워 및 세면대가 있으며 화장실은 문으로 분리되어 있습니다. 침대 아래에 먼지가 있었고 방은 더 나은 날을 보았습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮 았고 침대는 편안했고 평균 수준의 청결이었습니다. 우리가 얻은 것을 감안할 때 가격은 공정했습니다. 아침 식사는 1 인당 8.50 EUR입니다. 기본 사항이 있습니다. 비유류 우유 (두유 / 오트)를 사용할 수 없으므로 시리얼 (물 또는 주스 사용)에 문제가 발생했습니다. 최하단은 음식을 구할 수 있지만, 멋진 물건을 요구하거나 지역적인 물건이나 지속가능성을 찾지 말아야 한다는 것입니다.

This hotel is in a charming traditional baroque area of the Neustadt rather than the tourist dominated Altstadt. The area is quiet and our room especially so because it overlooked the inner courtyard. Bedrooms are a good size with traditional styling matching the era of the building. Our bathroom was adequately equipped but disappointingly small for a hotel of this quality. Our main, and fundamental, criticism of this hotel was that breakfast was not available in its own breakfast room as stated on its website and booking confirmation. It was instead provided at the neighbouring sister hotel, the Bulow Palais; fortunately for us the weather was chilly but fine for the morning 150m walk. The enhanced Palais breakfast was superb, with exemplary table service for cooked meals and a huge variety of delicacies at the buffet. It was provided at the Residenz price but that does not make this unannounced change acceptable. With online communications available, we should at least have been told about the changed breakfast arrangements in advance; failure to communicate is unacceptable in this standard of hotel. Accordingly, and at best, we can therefore only rate it average.
