Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, Bett sehr angenehm, Bad leider nur mit Wanne. Dafür gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher . Alles sehr ordentlich, Zimmerreingung nur auf Bestellung , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🤗 Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, große Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, warmen und kalten Speisen und ganz wichtig guter Kaffee.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß,zweckmäßig und auch das Bad sauber. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist fantastisch. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.

We only stayed for one night before heading off to the airport the next morning, but it was a good night's stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable too. Plenty of restaurants just a few blocks away within easy walking distance.

We were booked in with Best Western but actually had to check in and eat in the Courtyard Marriot. We struggled to get into the parking area as a service lorry and skip were obstructing the entrance. Very confusing as to where we should check in. Our main rooms were in the Best Western Building but everything else was in the Courtyard Marriot building. We were told the only food was the buffet but there was very little left and certainly was not worth 27 EUR each. We then discovered the bar was serving perfectly good pizzas for half this price. Breakfast buffet was much better with plenty of choice. Only 11 min drive to Dresden Airport. I would stay again but maybe in Courtyard Marriot, so everything in the same building.

For the life of me, I cannot comprehend how this hotel have 4 stars. When you look at Tripadvisor before you book the hotel, you get the impression that's it a 4 star hotel with many facilities. Well that's straight up wrong. I paid a 100 euros for a hotel room that looked like somewhere out of the 90's with no minibar and a toilet holder that broke apart the moment you touched it. But hey, you got a free bottle of sparkling water? I've stayed in a looot of 4 star hotels, but this was like staying in the hotel I stayed at on a study trip to Madrid. And that's definitely not a compliment! When checking in, I found out that all facilities listed are in the hotel next door, The Marriot Courtyard. The service was nice, but the food was horrible. I didn't even stay for the breakfast the morning after ew. Honestly maybe 2 stars are too much, but I had a really nice server at the restaurant, so that weighs up for a little. Also you couldn't enter the parking garage or get out of it, if you didn't have your key card. Which is absolutely brilliant when you have checked out and handed in your key card. Not. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Never ever Best Western again.

Sehr gute Preis Leistung , Zentral ,Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel in Dresden buchen

Schade ist nur das man die Poolnutzung im Nebenhotel extra mit 5€ pro Person bezahlen soll , dies haben wir in der Hotelbeschreibung/ Buchung nicht ersehen können.

Im Rahmen einer Busreise waren wir in diesem Hotel untergebracht und hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Leider mußten wir feststellen, dass das Bett unseres Enkelkindes mit Schaben verseucht war. Die Dusche war integriert in die Badewanne. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit sich beim hohen Ausstieg festzuhalten und die Wanne war extrem rutschig. Ein kleiner Aufkleber wies darauf hin, dass man sich eine Antirutzschmatte ausleihen könne. Wer will denn sowas? Es war absolut gefährlich und ich bin auch einmal gestüzt. Sogar mein neunjähriger Enkel hatte Probleme. Für Senioren nicht geeignet. Rommservice muss extra beantragt werden. Die Türkarte mit entprechendem Hinweis wurde einfach ignoriert. Ich war froh, dass es nur zwei Nächte waren.
