프론트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 호텔은 새 호텔이며 아침 식사는 맛있습니다! 바로 아래층에는 슈퍼마켓과 밀크티 상점이 있는 비즈니스 지구가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 출장으로 적극 추천합니다. 다음에 오면 계속 이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다.

第二次過來酒店入住！感覺挺好的！大堂高端大氣上檔次，標準的歐陸風情！前台很有禮貌，進出都打招呼，不但給我們升級了房間入住，還贈送了早餐！前台還幫忙搬一下行李，房間寬敞明亮，採光效果很好！窗户挺大的，通風效果挺好的！房間的床墊比較柔軟舒適，各方面的衞生都挺乾淨的。客房服務態度很好，幫忙加送充電器就馬上送過來，看到我需要洗衣服，還幫忙送洗衣服，真的很熱心！早餐品種挺多的，有熱菜也有點心，口味挺不錯！酒店總體比較適合商務出差或者旅遊入住，停車方便，而且免費停車的！位置也很好，就在大馬路邊上！酒店出門也有很多好吃的，周邊配套很完善，退房前台還給我們推薦了其他維也納酒店，服務很暖心，值得推薦的酒店！

호텔에서의 숙박에 매우 만족했습니다! 호텔은 위치가 좋습니다! 교통도 편리하고 근처에 먹을곳도 많아요! 호텔 방은 크고 깨끗해요! 서비스도 좋습니다! 다만 TV가 너무 작다는 것 뿐이에요!

호텔은 매우 훌륭하고 서비스 태도도 매우 좋습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 지하철 역과 매우 가까우며 동관 난청(Nancheng) 중심에 있습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있으며 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다.

超讚的一次入住體驗！酒店位置好，剛走進大堂聞到一股淡淡的香味很喜歡，房間很乾凈沒有異味，第一次體驗亞朵的床品果然名不虛傳，整晚睡得特別香～ 設施齊全、嶄新，沖涼的水壓很足，（很喜歡浴室的三件套）洗完頭髮很順滑，隔音效果也很好。電梯的裝飾看着好治癒，回去也模仿一下，嘻嘻～酒店的員工都好熱情，辦理入住退房高效，有問必答超貼心，早餐種類豐富又美味，晚上還有免費的宵夜，品種雖然不多，卻勝在健康。而且一樓好多書，我剛坐下小妹妹就給我倒了茶來，很有眼力見哈哈哈，整體來説性價比直接拉滿，有機會再來這裏住！

It's so near the mrt station, right at the exit. Provide free airport transfer. Washer dryer service very convenient. The latest hotel just opened recently. Near all food amenity. McDonald 24hr right in front of the hotel, not to worry if arriving after midnight, still can find some hot food. I will return to the same hotel.

Was originally happy that we were given a free room upgrade for our long stay. The hotel lobby, common level 4 has leftover smoke smell, and since aircon system is shared, it didn't occur to me that we weren't by default given a smoke free level/room upon the upgrade, even though I've booked for non-smoking room. Therefore, both of us got rashes or mite bites from the poor air quality in the room. After 2 nights of torture, we complained to the counter and then found out that we can move into a non-smoking room. Everything was fine afterwards (our skin still healing), and we were also given a small goodie bag as a token for apology. Conclusion, don't expect the receptionist to read the online booking order, and remind them constantly. Lastly, as shown in pics, the towel cleanliness varies before usage, although we were told that new cleaned towels will be delivered to the hotel daily. Room size is great.
