HOTEL WAS5 5 STAR AGES AGO THOUGH i STYED IN ANOTHER 3 STAR HOTELS BETTER THAN THIS LOCATION IS OERFECT BUT AREA WAS SMALL ..PARKING ONLY AVAILBLE IN THE BASMENT AND CAR VALET SERVICE WAS SLOW THAT I HAD TO GO AND TAKE MY CAR BY MESELF 2 TIMES ALSO CONCERGE SERVICE WAS SLOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME TIME RECEPTION UPON ARRIVALE WAS SLOW AND I HAD TO REMIND THEM ANS ASK ABOUT INTERNET SERVICE AND RMIND THEM THAT MY RESERVATION INCLUDES BEAKFAST THE HOTEL WAS FURNSHED WITH CARPET AND SMILL OF CIGARRETE FROM THE ROOM WAS NOTICIBLE TV TABLE HAD BROKEN DRAWERS ＜ HOT EATER TAKES AGES TO ARRIVE WHICH MAKES ALOT OF WATED WASTE BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT NOT WOW !!! PICTURES ADVERTISED WERE ENHANCED BY OHOTOSHOP AND MISSLEADING THE COUSTUMERS

Furniture overrated 🫣price high for the hotel condition

I've stayed in the Whyndam in other countries and this may have been my worst experience at a Whyndham. Even tried to go for a swin but the pigeons were everywhere.

10.15’te kahvaltıya gitmiştim. Bazı tabaklar tamamlanmamıştı. Boş olarak duruyordu. 10.30’a kadar tüm tsbakların dolu olmadı gerekiyordu

11/08/2024 The hotels really nice and staff are all nice and good service and me and my husband we went to reservation for massage at 11pm and around 11:15-11:30pm we haven't start massage on time because they don't have enough masseuse unavailable as they can't manage but receptionist i don't know her nationalities as well maybe Filipino she keep shouting staff in front of us there's none professional , also she raise her voice and her face show as not respectfully this reception seem she is not graduate worsts experience with this aqua spa .

the rooms are good and the restaurant was good and the crew is very accomodating to the visitors. maintain the good ambiance and good relationship with the hotel guest and more ammenities for the hotel's guest.thank you for the experience more power for the hotel and for the hostel's management and crew

Very great experience. The staff are super friendly and accommodating especially Rintu from the restaurant who was very helpful and approachable. The facilities, food, and room are top-notch. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan staying in Qatar.

We went to Al kuit cafe. The staff and admin are amazing. The manager Rintu helped us organise a surprise event for my friend. If ever you need help with anything ask for Rintu and Ednan. Absolutely helpful. We opted for the High tea. They prepared everything in advance for us.

Wonderful food and service. The staff are all courteous. The serving is more than enough for the three of us. We enjoyed our afternoon tea. The place has a great ambience suitable for friends catchups. Thank you Abir and Sara of Alkut Cafe. We will definitely come back again.
