더 네드 도하(The Ned Doha)

Me and my husband came to visit the Italian restaurant and I had ordered Pesto pasta but the dish had an intense salty flavor that may not be to everyone's taste. While some may enjoy the boldness, others might find it overpowering. The saltiness dominated the dish, overshadowing any other flavors that could have been present. After informing the waiter about the excessive saltiness, the dish returned with a complete lack of flavor. Despite our feedback, the waiter merely inquired about our satisfaction without making any attempt to rectify the situation or offer an apology. This reflects a disappointing level of service quality. The sad thing is we are even regular guests of The Ned.

THE NED is the ultimate customer care experience. While I am not at home, it is pretty close to home. While THE NED is quite opulent and the amenities are luxurious, the staff is what places THE NED above all other hotels. There are so many staff members from the front desk, housekeeping, guest services, valet team, and all of THE NED's restaurants. I am terrible with names, but I never forget a face. I would like to give a special thanks to Aishi Chakraborty. She persuaded me to stay at THE NED initially. She is a true professional and is customer service-oriented. Ernesto Viizcarra works in the Member's Only lounge, which I am not a member of however, each time I stay at THE NED, he goes out of his way to find me to check on my needs and always wishes me a fond farewell upon my departure. All of the waiters, waitresses, and Management Staff in all of the restaurants make you feel like you are getting a home-cooked meal every day. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast at Millie's. Mr. Amine Riahi's leadership and eye for talented staff sets him apart from his peers. Thaj and the rest of the staff at Electric go above and beyond, and I thank them for the guest experience. On a final note, I would like to let everyone know that Kaylin Chedwin Roberts (Millie's Waiter) is hands down the most dedicated and professional at THE NED. He has a great surrounding cast with Julie and Mustafa, but he is the focal point of THE NED experience. I hope to see him in a Blue Jacket the next time I see him; I believe that promoting within and having your best and brightest train to standard will only strengthen THE NED!

Highly disappointed with Mr Prasad, no etiquettes, no proper information. The hotel itself is so good, but we were taken aback from the service by Mr Prasad. Rest the location and food is absolutely great. In awe with the location. The food was delish

My experience at the ned resturant is always Wonderful , i visit usually twice a week and each time i get same excellent treatment by the employee vyvek , He is extremely helpful and has great customer service skills Vyvek has been very kind he usually complement us with complementary meals or desert We are very great-full

Went for brunch at the Ned, and it was a great experience. Good food, nice vibes and our waiter Cedrick was helpful and kept our drinks full. Definitely worth it!

Met up with our family from Australia here. The hotel is staffed well, with an amazingly helpful concierge personnel and excellent check-in staff. We were given a beautiful large sea view room which was extremely relaxing and comfortable with a large ensuite shower and bath. There is some traffic noise at the front, but the view makes up for it! The swimming pool was really good and great for the family and the changing rooms clean and well maintained. If I had to be critical, I would say the travel lodge style soap and shampoo dispensers are inappropriate in a hotel of this standard and personal toiletries should be there. If back in Doha, I'd be hard pressed not to come back again!

Worst experience at The Club, Mr Prasad is not a professional we do no like the experience at The club. We will give a second thought on visiting

I visited the spa here. My sister and I booked the morrocan hammam. The layout of the spa was slightly disjointed, the changing rooms were quite a walk away from the relaxation area. The relaxation rooms could have had more amenities, in most other spas eg St Regis there is usually drinks and nuts /fruits etc that guests can help themselves to. There was no jacuzzi and the steam room was out of order. The hammam was as you would expect of a Moroccan hammam, Lydia and Louise were very friendly and professional. The staff at the front desk could have been friendlier! We used the entertainer, however, I would not have wanted to pay full price for this spa and it's facilities.
