THE NED is the ultimate customer care experience. While I am not at home, it is pretty close to home. While THE NED is quite opulent and the amenities are luxurious, the staff is what places THE NED above all other hotels. There are so many staff members from the front desk, housekeeping, guest services, valet team, and all of THE NED's restaurants. I am terrible with names, but I never forget a face. I would like to give a special thanks to Aishi Chakraborty. She persuaded me to stay at THE NED initially. She is a true professional and is customer service-oriented. Ernesto Viizcarra works in the Member's Only lounge, which I am not a member of however, each time I stay at THE NED, he goes out of his way to find me to check on my needs and always wishes me a fond farewell upon my departure. All of the waiters, waitresses, and Management Staff in all of the restaurants make you feel like you are getting a home-cooked meal every day. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast at Millie's. Mr. Amine Riahi's leadership and eye for talented staff sets him apart from his peers. Thaj and the rest of the staff at Electric go above and beyond, and I thank them for the guest experience. On a final note, I would like to let everyone know that Kaylin Chedwin Roberts (Millie's Waiter) is hands down the most dedicated and professional at THE NED. He has a great surrounding cast with Julie and Mustafa, but he is the focal point of THE NED experience. I hope to see him in a Blue Jacket the next time I see him; I believe that promoting within and having your best and brightest train to standard will only strengthen THE NED!
