This is the best hotel in Athens!!! The hotel is so beautiful the rooms and the view are crazy. The crew is so kindly and we will come back for sure!

Huge hotel, on the seafront of Agii Theodori, about 1 hour west of Athens. We liked the cruise ship design even though they went a bit too far with it – our King Classic Rm W/sea View was nice, with a bed with an excellent firm mattress but it was as small as a cabin. Luckily, we traveled light and we only stayed for one night. The room is so small, it cannot accommodate more than hand luggage. The breakfast was excellent with a huge array of tasty offerings, including the possibility to make your own Greek coffee. Clean throughout, very good service. We had a pleasant swim in the sea early in the morning. As the beach is quite narrow and accessible not only for the patrons, it gets very busy during the day. We had dinner at an excellent fish restaurant at the end of the sea promenade. All in all, a pleasant stay.

We had a 6 days stay and we really had a good time! The decoration was amazing! We really liked the restaurant! The sunbeds in the sea was so fluffy! Me and my hausband visited the spa and we did 2 swedish massages and we felt like we have been reborn many thanks to the spa manager dora she was very helpful! All the staff were kind and amazing!

First off all i would like to the say that the hotel's facilities are wonderful,nice decoration of indoor and outdoor spaces! But the jewel of the hotel is the Spa. Dora its just amazing and high-class professional and propose the best treatment for me!And the treatment was Deep tissue massage...no words to say the best massage ever had in my Life ...Maria thank you sooo much!! Highly recommend! Good job! Hope to see you all next year!

Physically a very nice, beautiful hotel in a great seaside location. Nice grounds. Nice rooms. Nice bar. Nice restaurant. All physically very nice. That’s about it for its good qualities. Not impressed with their reception or restaurant staff (one waitress at the outside bar (Joanna) & a valet (Dimitrius) were the ONLY really helpful & proactive staff members - they were both great). When we got there the reception desk was not well manned so had to wait a bit. When I finally got to the desk he had a hard time finding my PAPER reservation and answered the phone twice while “assisting” me. Finally said our room was ready. When told the assigned room I asked if it was a Sea View (as I had reserved). No, it was not. They “kindly” upgraded us to a suite (although, as a Diamond member, probably should have done that anyway) since apparently they had given away all the Sea View rooms. But were told the new room wasn’t ready. It is now 30 minutes past regular checkin time (we arrived about 2.5 hours ago) and still no word. Went back to reception - hmmm, the room is now ready (for how long?). Never had this problem at a Hilton Family hotel in the past (in any country!). And this is supposed to be resort (Curio) level. To continue: asked for a blanket when we got to the room. One hour later, called again. Left the room @ 1 hour and 40 minutes. No blanket. Absolutely no hotel information in the room. No phone numbers to contact the restaurant for reservations. Room service (supposedly) but no menu or number for them. No information about the business center, fitness center, …. Nothing. Went to reception, they had to print out new sheets with all the numbers and times, etc. Still no room service menu or way to access one. Told to go to the bar to get one. No map of the resort with locations for things like gym, spa, which restaurant is which, …. No signs showing where you are or arrows pointing the direction to different parts of the property. A lot of staff around the main restaurant just standing and talking with each other. No offer to help as I went in. The restaurant for dinner was a buffet. No problem. No mention of how we get a table, how to get drinks, that it was just a “pick a table & start getting food as you walk in” situation. Had to track down a staff member to ask. Rooftop bar open 1600-0030. No so much. Went up around 2030 for a nightcap. Nobody to be found and bar completely unstocked. If you want decaffeinated coffee of any type good luck. It’s been a 50/50 proposition either day or time of day or location in the resort or particular staff member you ask. All that said, the outside pool/seaside bar is very nice, as is the staff, w/ very good food. This could be a phenomenal hotel if they get their act together. They have all the right parts. Just the wrong (or very untrained & unmotivated) staff. There looked to be a very small company retreat ~30 people) of some sort so maybe they were just “overwhelmed”. Of course, if you

Hotel made by Israelis for young Israelis. Very loud Israeli (only) music. Dirty pool. Long waiting for beach towels. Security personnel all around the place. It makes you feel insecure. Neighbours can be VERY noisy for hours (after midnight). If you want to relax, DO NOT visit this hotel. Not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Very nice building. Impresive sea view from the rooms with sea view. Very good breakfast.

Checked in after 7:30 pm and the hotel was quite busy on a Saturday night. We were only here one night so I cannot speak to much of the amenities on offer at the hotel. We were in a direct sea view room and it was small. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than 1 night. Everything was clean, wi fi worked very well along with the A/C. It was Greek night so we had dinner at the ala carte restaurant with excellent live music. Dinner was very enjoyable. Breakfast the next morning was amazing! What an array of choices. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine in the room and complimentary cocktails on the rooftop. The rooftop is very unique with chairs sitting in shallow water on the roof. The remaining chairs are on dry land - no wet feet LOL. Cocktails were great! The next morning we went to shower and we had a broken faucet. Called reception and they said maintenance would up right away. To our surprise he was!! Never do you call with a maintenance problem and someone shows up right away. He said he would fix it in 5 minutes and it was!! Impressive service!! We had a great one night and would choose the hotel again without hesitation. Maybe next time for longer. Only small complaint would be the parking in a dirt lot and almost full. Maybe a paved parking lot would be a great addition to the hotel.
