The property is within 15 miles of 5 world class ski resorts. It is approximately 1 hour from the west side of Denver and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Denver Airport. Centrally located to Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Ski Area, and Breckenridge, or a close drive to Copper Mountain (20 mins). Vail is about a 45 min drive.Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, playgrounds, the bike path, and the Lake Dillon marina.There is an independent fitness center in the same building as the condo, which offers day or week passes. There is a bowling alley and restaurants in the same building as well. The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for both the twin-size and couch-based double beds.In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include modern technology, including fast and free 400 Mbs wifi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay 2 equipped Flat Screen TVs in both rooms. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk.
