WORST HOTEL EVER DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING!!! I would give it a 0 star if I could. Me and my friend stayed here as a last minute booking however it turned into a holiday from hell and ended up costing us £1000 to escape this nightmare. The management is awful and will pretend to not know English when it suits them although their English was perfect prior to any issues arising. There is mould everywhere the food was awful and when demanded to pay an additional £100 following a room move which we assumed was free considering the beds were stained we then tried to leave the hotel and were intimidated with police and our drivers phone being taken giving us no choice but to pay. As two women in a foreign country this kind of intimidation is unacceptable. This hotel should not be listed and no one should think of booking this!

The hotel is promising a lot in appearance, but in some points it has difficulties to meet even 2-3 stars. Worst issue was almost salt water running from the hotel tap. My child almost vomited while brushing his teeth. The shower in our room started to flow with the first shower and it was not fixed despite the technical staff coming and checking. We had to use the towels that we had to use to dry ourselves constantly for the establishment of flor. The shower was not clean and the underside of the mirror was rusty. Apart from that, we can say that the room is generally clean. But there was not even a glass of water in the room. The hotel has an all-inclusive system, but don't expect anything other than morning and dinner. Food standard was not bad or very good. The water of the great pool was almost green and did not inspire much confidence.

I was looking forward to a pedicure with my daughter-in-law , it was for her birthday. However the day was a good example of price doesn't equate to quality. How can you book a pedicure and as they are working on your feet they tell you they don't have time to take off your nail polish and thus can't paint them. Nobody At the time of booking told us that they don't take off gel nail polishes, which at every nail place is standard. I give credit to the girl I had as she decided to do it for me regardless.However, the other girl flat out told my daughter in law that she doesn't have time to do it. What were we there for - come on really !! For what they charge the experience and remaining pedicure was below average.

Where to begin. The water smelled of sulfur, the tub filled with rust, the bed, linens, and towels are gave me a rash, and the food was nauseating. There are some decent hotels in Dikili. This is not one of them.

The dinner and lunch were great. A lot of great food. ,Service also good. The challenge was that nobody spoke English. However, we used Google translate. Maybe less music during the day around the pool would be good. It was a bit intense at times😊

Oteli denizi çok güzel çalışanları yardımsever, oda temizliği düzeni iyi ! Fakat bu kadar para verip, yemek sırasında beklemek bir çatal için üç kişiye ayrı rica edip on dakika beklemek ancak bağırınca tedarik edilmesi yetersiz kalıyor bir gece erken çıktım ve otel tatile tövbe ettim ayrıca plajdaki duş başlıkları da can çekişiyor

Otelin çalışanlarının yaklaşımı dışında bu otel için maalesef olumlu birşey pek söyleyemeyeceğim.Çok uzun saatler çalıştıklarına şahit oldum. Gece 12 de orada olan çalışan sabah erken saatte yine işbaşındaydı.O yorgunlukla performans beklemek acımasızlıktan başka birşey değil. Yemeklerde çeşit yok. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok fazla zayıf. Kırmızı et zaten yok. Tavuk,hindi döngüsü var. 3 gece konakladık. Bir kez havuzun temizlendiğini görmedim.Sadece bir kez numune aldıklarını gördüm. Sabah erken saatte havuz bildiğin yeşil duruyordu. Kızı m muhtemelen orada mikrop kaptı. Döneli 2 gün oldu şuan ateşli yatıyor. Yerleri vileda ile bile silmiyorlar. Fısfısla şu sıkıp mopla siliyorlar. Son akşamımızda restoranın sorumlusu tüm çalışanları yemek saati etrafına dizmiş azarlıyordu. Belki haklı sebepleri olabilir ama onca müşteri içinde kimsenin haddi değil onca insanı küçük düşürmek. Dilerim kendisi de aynısını yaşar. Yemekte temiz tabak bulmak için arayışa girmek zorunda kalıyorsun, keşke ben de gitmeden önce böyle derin bir yoruma denk gelseydim ve gitmeseydim. Kızımın hastalanması bana cabası oldu.

Şu an otelden yazı yorum 27 temmuz otel için verilen puanların eksik olduğunu düşünüyorum.En büyük artısı personel isteklerinize hemen cevap vermek isteyen genç bir kadro.Pek çok otelde konsept olarak özel gün ızgara günü yada beş çayı lokma ikramı burada olağan.Yemekler lezzetli her yemek damak tadınıza hitap etmez sonuçta istediğinizi yemeniz için çeşit var.Biz bize bi otel.Ben samimi ve sıcak buldum yemeğe geç indim masa için rica ettim örtüyü toplarmisiniz diye restoranda Murat isimli bir çalışan hemen yanımda geldi bi saniye bile demedi of yada yüzünde degisik bir tavır olmadan güler yüzle yardımcı oldu.Resep siyonist bahar hanım var gerçekten samimi mesafeli ve çalışan insanlar.Normalde tatilimde yorum yapmam ama burada haksızlık var.Tek eksiği bence reklam birde göze hitap eden nesneler çeşme duş başlığı ayna kapı inanıyorum buda tamamlanır.Temizlik konusunda odamda çarşaf yastık tertemizdi havlular temizdi.Yaklasik bir saat oldu balkondayim halen havuzu temizliyorlar.Sorun yok.
