아직 완공않된 호텔...어수선한 분위기...교육이덜된 직원들.. 메인 수영장은 꽤크지만 해변가 수영장은 작은...현지인 단체가 많은듯한.,.다낭에서 같은 가격이라면 선택지가 많을거같은...

빌라는 아름다운 환경을 갖추고 있으며 번잡함에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 시설은 새롭고 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 다양하고 맛이 좋습니다. 특히 포 수프 베이스가 좋습니다. 다만 시내 중심가와 거리가 멀어 다낭이나 호이안 시내에서 택시를 타야 한다는 점은 단점입니다. 하지만 그것이 호텔을 그토록 아름다운 환경으로 만드는 이유입니다. 개선되어야 할 점은 직원들의 서비스 태도입니다. 첫날 밤, 방에 전기가 들어오지 않아서 프런트에 세번이나 전화해서 직원들이 방에 와서 수리를 할 수 있도록 준비를 성공적으로 마쳤습니다. 우리가 호텔을 떠나는 날 아침, 우리는 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했고, 프런트 데스크에서는 체크아웃을 연기할 수 있는지 확인하기 위해 최대한 빨리 연락하겠다고 했지만 그들은 그렇게 했습니다. 우리가 호텔 방을 떠날 때까지 답장을 받지 못했습니다. 게다가 체크아웃하기 전에 프런트에 전화해서 셔틀버스를 빌라 앞에서 기다려 프런트까지 데려다달라고 하더군요. 저희는 빌라 2층에서 버스를 보고 바로 아래층으로 내려갔으나, 지하에 도착하니 셔틀버스가 이미 떠나고 있었습니다. 결국 우리는 짐을 프런트로 밀어야 했습니다...

저희 그룹은 Royal Hoi An Beachfront Villas에 머물렀는데 정말 좋았어요! 빌라는 아름답고 넓으며 바로 해변 옆에 있어서 매일 아침 바다 전망을 즐길 수 있었어요. 직원들은 정말 친절하고, 위치도 완벽하고 고대 도시와 가까워요. 꼭 다시 올 거예요!

우리의 경험은 정말 대단했습니다! 리조트는 훌륭했고, 아침 식사를 도와준 직원들은 정말 대단했습니다! Thu는 심지어 우리 아기를 위해 특별한 음식을 만드는 것을 도와주었고 매일 아침 우리 아이에게 작은 숟가락을 주는 것을 기억했습니다! 그들은 최선을 다했고, 저는 아이 또는 가족이 있는 모든 사람에게 이곳을 강력히 추천합니다! 확실히 5점 만점에 5점입니다!

최고의 서비스, 좋은 시설, 맛있는 음식, 전용 해변이 있는 아름다운 리조트를 갖춘 매우 친절한 직원. 수영장은 아름다웠고, 하나는 해변을 바라보고 다른 하나는 정원을 바라보고 있었습니다. 매우 친절한 직원이 일찍 체크인하도록 지원해 주었습니다. 시도할 만한 매력적인 액티비티가 많았습니다. 강력히 추천하며 곧 다시 방문할 것입니다.

I visited Hoi An and stayed at Hoi An Royal Beachfront Villas. I love the atmosphere there with beautiful beach and high quality resort. I spent 1 day enjoying my villa, I had a strong impression about Spa which gave me the feeling of relaxation. Moreover, breakfast also matched with my taste and offered me a lot of selections. Resort covers a multitude of activities that made us feel like home. Lastly, shout out for the staff who were very professional and enthusiastic just keep going. I definitely be back next time.

Nice room, delicious food, friendly staff. Breakfast is very fresh and varied every day. very special coffee with coconut cf and salt is very delicious. Funny luggage, taking pictures for my house is very beautiful. I will come back.!!!!!

It was wonderful! I stayed at the Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort & Villas in a 2-bedroom villa with a beautiful garden view. The room was spacious, airy, and close to nature, with a private pool for the villa. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff here were very friendly, especially Vy at the Kid’s Club. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and come back here in the near future.

I really love the villas here; all the rooms are spacious, airy, and have beautiful views. Each room has a large bathroom. There is an amazing private pool. Additionally, the villas have two large pools where you can swim comfortably. The two restaurants offer excellent dining options. To me, the villas here are much more beautiful compared to others, as the bedrooms are separate and the space is arranged very reasonably. I will definitely come back

we were in a three-bedroom villa for 4 nights and it was perfect; the service, the rooms, the amenities, etc. The pool that we had in our villa was amazing. We had such a relaxing time bonding with each other. I am already looking forward to being back!

It’s amazing trip with my family and my son. I think we will come back because there’s outdoor swimming pools, delicious breakfast, convenient shuttle bus, especially friendly staffs at FnB and FO team. We stay 2 nights and feel comfortable with all things.
