코쿤 호텔 벨에어(Cocoon Hotel Belair)

We had a very nice time in the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is a tenniscourt and a padelcourt. Unfortunately, due to the snow, we could not play. In stead we went to the wellness, which is located at the nearby Cocoon La Rive. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is also good. Especially if you like to hike I would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is situated in the beautiful location at the river side. The view from the window was fantastic (including the same three geese as at the picture!). We stayed 3 nights in Cocoon Belair in December and although the vegetation was almost gone, there was still plenty of beautiful places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, the comfort of the room, nice multilingual staff and a very good restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights in Cocoon Hotel Belair and loved it. It was our second time in the hotel. Friendly and clean and in so a relax and beautiful environment. We arrived with bicycle and could place them in the garage. Room was big and had everything we needed. A waterboiler was provided. Breakfastbuffet with bubbles has a lot of choices and is very tasty. We had a 5 course menu in the evening and it was so nice to sit at the terrace with a view at the Sûre river. Food was delicious and portions were good. Very friendly service. There are loungers at the Sûre to relax. Towels are provided. But there are beautiful walks to make too. You can take the train to Luxemburg City in Michelau, at 3 km from the hotel.Hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful hotel with very comfy beds. No smart TV in our room. Too bad the walls are a bit thin in some rooms, and they put us in a newly renovated room that still smelled of paint.. At first it seemed to be only the hall. Not the room, but when closing the window. You notice it is the room too. The renovated bathrooms do have a very relaxing jacuzzi with colored lights. The spa and fitness were lovely, but more fresh water to drink would be nice. (Spa and fitness are free to use in the hotel next door) The restaurant is very good, also for afternoon snacks: best waffle ever!

What to say - we arrived here just after the 2021 floodings and the river level was still high. Very pitoresque drive down to the hotel and an amazing view awaits. Very friendly staff, amazing view, gorgeous restaurant with good food and a clean room. Not the most modern of rooms and there is no AC but nevertheless a great stay! Recommend when in the area!!

We were planning to stay two nights in a cottage suite. Upon arrival the staff was very kind, and we enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately the next morning we noticed mold in the second room and on the curtains in the main bedroom. Also in general the room was not very clean and the floor tacky We didn't opt for a new room but instead asked to cancel our second night which was no problem.

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer met inloopdouche en bubbelbad. Vriendelijk personeel ook bij de receptie was nederlands spreken geen probleem. Halfpension geboekt echter diner was wel heel pover. Slechte weg ernaar toe! Autoband stuk gereden.

Client depuis 15ans j'ai été décourage à ma dernière visite. Hotel accueil, pas de problèmes; le petit déjeuner toujours copieux et diversifié. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, nous avions réservé un arrangement "gastronomique" il était surtout CATASTROPHIQUE, tous les plats avec les mêmes composants (potiron brocoli, etc...) viandes SURCUITES même après renvoi en cuisine; le personnel de salle compatissant mais la cuisine ne suit pas. Bref cela ne vaut pas la dépense surtout répété sur 3 soirs. Le restaurant de l'hotel n'est plus ce qu'il était, A EVITER

Wij verbleven enkele dagen in Cocoon Hotel Belair, in een cottage met uitzicht op de rivier. We hadden onze hond bij ons. Het is ons uitstekend bevallen. Wat een prachtige plek! Alles was fijn: een goed, lekker lang en breed bed. Luxe badkamer met bad en afzonderlijke douches. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Het hotel ligt in een dal en bovenaan de heuvel zie je de burcht. Hier kom je helemaal tot rust. De dikke laag sneeuw maakte de omgeving weliswaar sprookjesachtig, maar bemoeilijkte het wandelen in deze heuvelachtige omgeving. Daardoor hebben we minder gewandeld dan we normaal zouden doen. Maar absoluut geen reden tot klagen: komen we gewoon nog een keer terug.
