그랜드 호텔 다이아나 마제스틱(Grand Hotel Diana Majestic)

From the moment you climb up the blue carpeted steps to reception to the moment you drive away on departure this is indeed an exceptional hotel. Every member of staff, especially the reception and bar staff were attentive, courteous and friendly. The only department that never welcomed you every morning with a “Buongiorno” were the breakfast staff attending the tables. They were never unfriendly but always in a desperate hurry to get the job done. Our room was sea facing (witnessed a beautiful sunrise every morning), it was newly refurbished with good quality towels and robes. The room has all the facilities one needs, except an iron! The garden area is peaceful, the pebble beach is kept clean. In essence all the facilities are well maintained. Check out was easy and pleasant, we were even given a gift and bottles of water for our journey home. We highly recommend to all and can’t wait to be back next year ❤️

Very good hotel if rather expensive. Our room was well appointed and facilities are comprehensive with private, well maintained beach, kayaks, bicycles and walking tours being available. Car parking is a bit restricted and tight, but there is an overflow which is managed. The hotel is located down a side road, walking distance from the Centre, but further than we would call ideal. The restaurant was generally good except when there was a heavy rainstorm which caused diners on the veranda to be displaced inside. This created chaos, but the Reception did their best to apologise and make good.

The service of the hotel is excellent. Starting on the check-in and ending with the checkout. The staff is very nice and they always try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities are as clean as they can be. You might spot some usage marks but nothing that you would easily spot. The soundproof rooms are good isolated, you might only hear something through the windows/glass doors. Overall a very pleasant Hotel, I can only recommend

Excellent location and beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Car parking can be tricky but the staff help with any problems in that respect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit these region of Italy. if you do go, also check out Cervo, an adjacent town which is stunning! Also, if you want a really fun day, rent a boat from the marina!

Lovely stay in a quiet spot within walking distance to city facilities. Nice beach area with sun beds that are assigned to you during the entire stay. Very nice pool area in a small garden with olive trees that provide shade if you want it. Staff are really nice and service minded. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner opportunities. Great bar and good cocktails that can be enjoyed in a lovely garden overlooking the ocean.

We spent a week here which was enjoyed by all (three children aged 6, 10 & 13) and two adults. The location is very convenient for exploring the region. The pool area was particularly nice, quiet and well kept; perfect for swimming and relaxing. The food was excellent as well, we particularly enjoyed dinner on the beach!

I must say that everything was perfect. All the staff were extremely friendly.There was a wide choice of food for breakfast (especially the crepes prepared by Andrea) and the dinner was delicious even for me as a vegetarian. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we hope to return soon.

It would be nice if after the evening meal’s coffee’s were complimentary. Use of bicycles were a huge asset we used them everyday. Liked the idea of allocated beach beds/parasol and the dining table during our vacation.

Staff very friendly and helpful, delightful views with excellent service, cleanliness of the hotel was very high, pool and beach also maintained to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble and we will be returning next year.
