Average hotel....since the first day of my arrival, neither the TV nor the WIFI worked in my room. Furthermore, the inside of my suitcase was soiled by a forgotten wet and dirty cleaning cloth from the maid. Every day I heard the hackneyed words ＜sorry＞ over and over again. In the end, I couldn't hear those words anymore. I left the Neptune Paradise with a big disappointment...

Perfect staff and food,only the beds at the beach and swimming pool are not okay,you must put your towel before 7 oclock ,others there are no more free,no people on it but the towels are there,and the most of the time the peopke are not there,that is for us the only bad thing

This hotel impressed with its warm hospitality, stunning ocean views, and well-appointed rooms. The attentive staff and delightful amenities create a memorable, relaxing getaway. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The staff is kind and helpful. Great location for family holidays on the beach and for day trips to Mombasa. The hotel is clean and there are nice views towards the sea from just about anywhere! The food is also very good in the restaurant and bars.

One of the best hotels on the South Coast. Would definitely visit it again. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were neat and tidy though it would be good to have door in the shower to prevent water splasing out. A very lively hotel with excellent food. A seperate snack restaurant and entertainment for Paradise would be a good idea.

The hotel is located by a beautiful beach, the staff especially those at the pool bar were very friendly. Rooms are tidy, though a tad bit old but that did not change the experience at all! The food was always fresh and they always had a variety...kudos to the pastry chef! Evening hotel entertainment was enjoyed by all.. the only complaint, though not from me but from the little ones was that there were no kids channels on the TV! I would definitely make it an annual visit!

Amazing Beach Hotel in South Coast,Diana. Lovely Location with views across Indian ocean.Staff were very polite and helpful. Great Breakfast,lunch and evening meal. Our room was good, with all the basics we needed and was also nice & clean. We would be happy to stay there again, but would try to get a room with a view of the beach if we could. Thanks Mr. Kifoto for hosting us.Will definitely come back.

Unprofessional and dirty! we had a conference for 85 pax that we had booked 3 months in advance but when we arrived they informed us that they do not have a Conference room for us and would put us up in a tent. In that heat..... that was unacceptable. The 'manager' we spoke to on that day was not remorseful at all. We found an alternative property (Diani Reef) that accommodated our conference request yet the 'manager' had said there was nothing available in the area as he had already checked. Their food is bland and services terrible. Would not return nor recommend!

There's nothing paradise here! We had a big group and booked for conference too. We were told they would split the group as they had overbooked the rooms. We paid for a conference room but were given a tent next to the pool. A number of us had dirty linen. The beds smelled urine. Very filthy bedding. Customer service is zero! No value for money. If you decide to book this property please check your bedding otherwise you will regret your stay.
