Scelgo questo hotel per via della piscina riscaldata … peccato che non si possa definire tale a gennaio . Temperatura dell’ acqua bassa un freddo allucinante . Tante persone compreso me più di 10 minuti non si trattenevano . questa temperatura va bene in estate non di certo a gennaio . Letto scomodo , non ho mai dormito così male . Durante la notte si è bloccata la schiena il mio compagno mi ha dovuto aiutare a potermi alzare dal letto . Ho preso una camera vista lago …. Di lago non c’è nulla . bisogna uscire dal terrazzino e stare lì . Dalla camera non si vede nulla. Considerando che è gennaio …. In terrazza non ci stai ! Personale gentile comunque . Non tornerò sicuramente .

Wir waren im September 2021 für 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel ! Einchecken in Ordnung ( ohne Covid Zertifikat Kontrolle ). Zimmer einfach ausgerüstet Badzimmer nur Plastic Becher, nur 2 Duschgel ( am zweiten Tag die leeren nicht weggeräumt und neue deponiert ! ) Kein Ordner mit Information über Hotel vorhanden ( keine Info was ist zu tun im Notfall. ) Am Montag angekommen, am Mittwoch nach Reklamation wurde dann die Minibar endlich aufgefüllt !! Sauberkeit allgemein gut. Im Hotel konnte man am Abend nichts essen ( kein Restaurant ) und das nennt sich 4 Stern Hotel, über Mittag gabs Möglichkeit was kleines zu sich zu nehmen. Ist sehr vom Zentrum entfernt, man braucht ein Auto um nach Desenzano zu gehen ! Sehr, sehr lärmig rund ums Hotel mit sehr stark befahrende Strasse. Auf dem Dach gibts einen zweiten Pool, der aber kostet für eine Stunde 20 Euro pro Person ( Frechheit ). Also ich werde dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen !!!!!!!

My family and I had a great time and the hotel is very well located and has great service. A special Thank You for Mr Dali, the night Manager, who really did his best to make our stay unforgatable. Mr Dali was very kind, always helpful and it really makes a difference when you see someone trying everything to make your stay as enjoyable and peacefull as possible.

A very comfortable hotel with good rooms and swimming pools, including a heated one on the roof. The breakfast offering is also excellent. The only drawback is the position and location - it is set back from quite a busy road and some way out of town, but bikes are cheap to hire to cycle into Dezenzano. For those with a car, it is very convenient with plenty of parking space.

This is the most beautiful, well equipped and friendly hotel I have ever stayed in! With Prosecco and lindt chocolate pancakes for breakfast! A beautiful spa with mint and lemon showers, salt baths, sauna and the best part the beautiful rooftop heated pool with the most spectacular view!! The rooms are spacious, huge balconies, beautiful quality shampoos and moisturisers in the bathroom, excellent service! After checking in here last minute from a Butlins type filthy cold chalet along the road, this hotel really made our holiday!! Sirmione is a ten minute bus ride, again absolutely breathtaking! Cannot fault it at all!

Beautiful hotel, large luxury room (the basic one in our case), great roof pool as the main pool was shut in October, pool specic towels were provided as well as a safee, slippers, robe, tea, coffee and toiletries. The staff and cleaners were amazing The room had aircon thank goodness as it was 20+. There were lovely grounds, great bar area, all in all just amazing. We had a hire car and without it I think we'd have been a little isolated as the hotel is an hours walk from Desenzano. There is a free public car park right next to the hotel which will save you 20 Euro a night. We didn't use the Spa but it looked lovely. Our only minor gripe was there wasn't a restaurant for an evening meal. There didn't seem to be many eating options that were walkable so we travelled into local areas for our evening meal but I might be doing the area a dis service. A special mention goes to Dali, the night manager. We arrived about 2am after a late flight and he was amazing and super helpful. A lovely experience, we will be back.

First class hotel, food excellent, staff excellent too and can’t do enough for you which to be honest I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooftop loungers and pool offer a well deserved tranquil oasis for either a day soaking up the rays or a leisurely nap after a hard day’s sightseeing.

A great hotel with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Superb breakfast buffet and access to a good variety of snacks and light meals throughout the day served at the bar or pool area. The pool, jacuzzi and garden area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and quiet corners to relax. We very much enjoyed a cocktail at the hotel bar which was well stocked and well staffed. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient - we'd like to give a special thanks to Francesco the bar manager who was invaluable with providing local information, advice and a friendly chat (he also makes the best espresso martini we have ever had!) Some lovely walks nearby and a few nice restaurants, but advisable to hire a car to explore further afield (taxis very difficult to come by). Overall would highly recommend,

Great venue for families and for couples. Location near the lake Super nice pools Super high level standard of service especially cleaning inside and outside, even a daily cleaning of the room balcony: no chance for a spider web. The term Palace is not an overstatement here.
