I never experienced such impertinent and arrogant front desk employee as in this Four Points in Chicago. „The customer first“ was never a claim nor a motivation for those staff. The lady at the front desk didn’t had the willingness to make an early check in happen. Even after long waiting for cleaning the room - it was not clean. The bed sheet was old and already used. Some of the pillow sheets where new, some others still the old one… dust everywhere around the room… and this for mir than 160 $ per night. It’s a joke and not worth joining thi this hotel!
