Palacio Arriluce Hotel - the Leading Hotels of the World

If TripAdvisor had a score higher than 5 then I would GLADLY ENTER IT. This is the best hotel I have ever been lucky enough to find. What makes it great? Of course the property is outstanding and on par as one of the most beautiful places I have visited in my life. But, clearly the reason I will never forget the Palacio Arriluce hotel are the staff members. Truly you will be astonished at the quality of the entire staff. I would challenge you to find anything that they were not only prepared to assist you with. They are not only friendly, they are happy. And their happiness is reflected in the warm reception they give you. I have stayed at all of the chains that promote their “world class customer service”. The Palacio Arriluce is the epitome of the term. In my humble assessment, they are the summit of this performance indicator. Congratulations to the leadership for the excellence that i have witnessed here. I believe that these people have impressed me so much that i want to be not only their customer but their friend. If you are EVER in the Bilbao region in general and surely the Getxo area, you should not waste your time considering and other hotel. As the song says, The Palacio Arriluce Hotel “is simply the best!”

I had an exceptional experience at Palacio Arriluce! The food was outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch - the staff treated me with impeccable care and attention. The property itself is stunningly beautiful and spotlessly clean. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Palacio Arriluce to anyone looking for a delightful experience.

We had an amazing stay at Palacio Hotel Arriluce! From the moment we arrived, Ainara welcomed us like long-lost friends and made sure we had everything we needed (and then some!). Her local tips were a brilliant —seriously, we wouldn’t have found half the hidden gems without her. The hotel itself is stunning. The room was gorgeous, the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view? Let’s just say we considered never leaving. The food was fantastic—don’t miss the breakfast! We’re still dreaming about it. If you’re heading to Bilbao, you have to stay here. We’re already plotting our return!

Perfect in every way! Delicious food, view, accommodations, and service from all the staff. Highly recommended. Getxo is not well known among our circle but that’s about to change. A flight into Bilbao will get you easily to this paradise. Just GO!

What an amazing find. It's like you're staying a friend's fabulous estate. The view is magical, the front desk people are attentive and took great care of us. We had two rooms, traveling with our adult daughter. We extended our stay because the grounds, the room and the food was quite fabulous. The morning and afternoon restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly and uptight, but other than that glitch in perfection, everyone else made us feel very welcome and it was a luxurious experience in a very average little town.

Superb location, with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for only one night at the end of a trip round Northern Spain and it was a great finish to the trip. Superb views from the terrace where we could have stayed all day. A very well appointed and comfortable room. We would have loved to experience the restaurant but it was closed for dinner, but we did have a marvellous breakfast the next morning. Maybe next time!
