Had a lovely big spacious room, location was great to wedding venue we were going to, check in and carpark easy

Very comfortable bed, fair sized rooms, no issues parking and friendly staff. Very unassuming, does what it says on the tin which is exactly what i wanted! Good location served by 2 main routes from M1 Which was ever so useful coming up from Essex

Amazing emma s is fantastic amazing staff always helpful Emma s has helped me through alot when I was going through a lot helped me rearrange my booking always lovely to see the staff has they know me and they know I'd i no any extra items in room they fetch it for me or uts already in room for me

Clean tidy and neat exactly as one expects from a Premier Inn. Breakfast was a little tired and not the freshest pastries to be honest, overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent value for money, the breakfast not quite good value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Derby South. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although this hotel is looking a little shabby this didn’t affect our stay! The hotel itself is in a convenient location, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. Also close by for us to stay when visiting family which is the reason we always choose this hotel. A special mention goes to Emma on reception, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her warm and friendly demeanor made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcomed. She interacted with our 2 girls, gave them some colouring sheets and crayons. A really nice touch. She is a real asset to premier inn! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Derby!

Welcoming staff, neat and clean rooms. We had a amazing sleep. The shower pressure was good and met my expectation which is important for me ;) There was nice restaurant downstairs which we didn't use as we attending new year party in the city and would like to try next time. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
