Premier Inn Derby West

花了半小時入住，雖然態度很好 相當於國內漢庭，用具齊全但是都很老舊 浴缸加分，可惜花灑不可移動 暖氣很暖 但是不能定時 床墊很高 算是有支撐 網速很慢 太慢了，走廊和房間有黴味 9.5鎊的早餐比較一般，但是服務態度相當不錯，而且可以打包一份早餐走 有熱水壺和咖啡茶包也很加分

Very convenient location for my trip, easy parking and friendly check in. Room felt dated and in need of TKC. Can’t remember the last time I saw a portable size tv in a hotel room. Fixtures in the bathroom loose, curtains just about hanging on. Bed was good though as usual.

Clean room, plenty of parking but was in a first floor room with only roof lights in bedroom and bathroom neither of which shut properly making it noisy and crafty. It felt very clostrophobic as you couldn’t see anything other than sky and made the room dark. Not much choice of menu in restaurant but clean. Friendly staff but generally bit tired.

Stayed at the Premier Inn on route to Alton Towers. Very warm and friendly welcome from Reception. Our room was spotlessly clean and we all had a really good night’s sleep. Thank you! We asked for an extra mug for our son and they found us one straight away. Excellent customer service.

i had to attend a course at Royal derby hospital. so location was perfect for me. Staff were very friendly. Could consider having a small fridge

This hotel is in a very convenient location. The room was clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The service we received from them was fantastic.

Me and my wife stayed here as a little treat . The check in was swift and the reception staff very pleasant and informative. Very considerate as we both have mobility issues so thank you for caring about us oldies. The room very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, it's nice that if we ran out of tea or coffee that you could help yourself from the reception area. On check out we were given a cheery farewell after being asked if we had a nice stay. Everything was great about this hotel. Thank you

Myself and my husband stayed here for a night away for our anniversary and we were very happy with everything from check in, our room and check out. The little treat left in our room was a lively touch so thank you very much.The food next door at the Beefeater was lovely also.

The team at Derby west couldn’t have been nicer. I was reccomended this hotel by the Derby Hospital Maternity Ward. It’s within walking distance and has everything you need to wake up refreshed and rested. When I explained I was staying as my partner had just given birth they left a lovely note in my room the next day. Everyone was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to premier inn
