청결도 수준은 정말 최악이었습니다. 직원들은 제대로 교육을 받지 못해 항상 문제를 일으키고 있었습니다. 음식 옵션은 극히 제한적이었고 때로는 오래되었습니다. 전문성이 매우 열악했습니다. 전혀 추천하지 않습니다.

이곳에 머무르는 것이 정말 좋았습니다. 좋은 객실을 갖춘 꽤 4성급 호텔입니다. 위치가 약간만 단점이지만 그 외에는 모두 좋습니다.

Tout a été excellent, des l’arrivée! Le check in très simple, les réceptionnistes sont gentils et efficaces, ils parlent tous bien anglais et sont très arrangeants. La chambre était grande, propre, literie de qualité, belles finitions, douche impeccable, sobrement décorée et surtout très bien insonorisée. Au premier étage une piscine, une salle de sport et un spa. J’ai fait un massage des pieds qui s’est avéré très agréable. Le personnel du restaurant a été aussi très agréable et arrangeant. Le dîner au buffet aussi bien que le petit-déjeuner sont copieux et tout est très bon (les plats végétariens au moins), cuisiné avec soin et pour tous les palais. Une excellente expérience. Je reviendrai sûrement

The accommodation was good value for money, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and attentive and took good care. The food was excellent with a varied selection offered for breakfast and a good menu choice at any other time. As a solo traveller I felt safe and well cared for. The room was airy, clean and comfortable.

Love the stay, food and vibe I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were excellent. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

The staff were polite and professional and the food was good enough. The rooms were OK. The Professionally taken photos of the outside of the hotel does not reflect the reality with the signage and name of the hotel no longer even on the walls. It all just looks a little bit worn. The small pool overlooks a building site but it is in a city so that's how it is. The pool area has a very small decking area but then I never saw anyone use it anyway. I stayed there for three nights in three different rooms as I was not aware of the fact that opposite the hotel there are three separate wedding reception venues with more further down the road. After long days of getting up early and site seeing we were looking forward to a good night's sleep but then on the first night an explosion of drums and noise that went on for several hours until about 3:30 am. It was so loud I felt the people were celebrating in my room. After the first night of being in room 218 I asked to be moved and I got room 518 and it was even worse. I was then moved to the eight floor where myself and my wife eventually got a bit of sleep. After the 2nd night we felt physically ill with sleep deprivation. There were three separate wedding celebrations every night and I had ear plugs. The reception staff were apologetic but it was obvious customers had complained before. Many guests of the hotel were obviously wedding guests. I also know other people who were on the same touring holiday as mine were also unhappy with the noise The weddings are spectacular but if you're on a touring holiday, getting up early and getting back in the evening then I just don't think this is a suitable hotel to use so i would not recommend this hotel. There's not really anything to see outside the hotel and yes there is rubbish in the street and animals in the street but this is typical of Dehli so you shouldn't be surprised by that. I will be contacting Exoticca holidays as well because they should not be recommending this hotel for tourers. I don't seem to be able to upload the videos showing the noise but I can provide them I'm sure if necessary

Excellent Hotel with good staff and very welcoming gesture . Hotel rooms are very well and spacious. Excellent experience with the stay. They have nice swimming pool and Spa and many amenities with good service, room service is also very fast.
