Scottish Inns - Decatur

This hotel says all rooms are non smoking but rooms are smelled **** so we could not stay in this hotel. We did not stay any nights even though we did not get full refund . They are saying 2 nights can be refund out of 3 nights . We still have not received refund yet. Do not book this room for family with kids . Trip tried helping but we did not receive full refund. Not sure we will use Trip.com again.

Easy check in and friendly service above and beyond with very clean rooms. Will continue staying here when traveling through. Thanks again!

Woke up covered in bites. It’s been almost a week and I have massive red welts all over me still. Other guests have reported finding bed bugs. Needless to say I sanitized everything before I took it into my house to wash in hot hot hot water. READ ALL OF THE GOOGLE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS INFESTED. I’ve filed a complaint with best western and am calling the state to investigate as well.

The overall stay of this property was great! The room was very nice and the front desk staff was very kind i believe her name was Melissa

Cleaning was amazing, beds comfortable. Carpet a little sticky and bathroom door hard to shut.

'Old school' hotel with rooms facing parking lot. Renovated nicely. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Minor problem with missing TV remote and toilet. Both corrected promptly by hotel. Would stay again.

The lamps with internal plugs for your computer, etc. are for the most part non-functional, but management said they are working on replacing them in every room. I can't travel light and am so happy I can park right at the door to my room. They serve free breakfast and have something for everyone. Both the owner and her manager are eager to please, and they are assets to the hotel industry. I'm staying with them again next month.

It was a very comfortable room. The people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good also.
