非常好！很滿意！下次還會去。

This is a solid hotel that at times, makes you feel as if you are living in a bygone era. Stayed for 5 nights. We booked two rooms, a family suite and a double. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful & polite. Breakfast was good. The drinks were great. There was nothing actively wrong with this hotel, its age shows in some places. They didn’t consistently put the sofa bed away during the day and turn down was inconsistent. Pool was not the cleanest. The hotel is a bit of a scene. Glad we stayed once, not sure if I’d do it again during the summer season. My in-laws loved it.

Went to the bar for drinks. Tried to sit with some of our larger group. Told we are not allowed to move chairs. Never offered a drink. Waiter never asked or came by to see if we wanted anything. Thirty minutes we sat there. No offer of food or drink. Other friends came into the bar with food and sat down with us. All of sudden we are important enough for the waiter/manager to kick us out of the bar because we cannot bring in food. Never did get any drinks. Too bad we are still here for another 5 nights. Don’t think I am going to waste my time with this bar again. Going to make sure the company knows about this and removes them from our rotation. Over 130 guests a week for 5 weeks.

Old world elegance, beautiful decorated rooms and fully renovated bathrooms with lots of details,professional staff and delicious breakfast buffet, makes this place the perfect weekend getaway just 2 hours from Paris. Also Pet friendly!

Our stay in Normandy was wonderful. The rooms are spacious ( The rooms with sea view are especially splendid!), the building itself is very impressive, the halls are unusually large - the building breathes history and has elegant ambiance. Service was very good, with concierge, valet parking, room service. We also used steaming/ironing services for a large overnight order (for wedding party) and all was done well and on time. The location is perfect, close to the beach, the center and all the shops. Also nice addition is cute bicycles available to guests to explore the city. The only issue was when a group of friends all staying in the hotel came for a late night cocktail. First we were told there were no tables (when in fact there were), then when we finally got seated there was an argument with the waiters. Not a deal breaker but unpleasant experience for a 5 star hotel. Overall I would stay here again, 100%.

Hotel looks tired and shabby needs a good luck of paint and a good **** on private terraces Large group of corporate staff using bar areas so no where to sit in lounge all yapping on phones and using laptops in groups not good for paying guests !! Room was very small for a large price Toilet area too small to close door Bathroom tiny Aircon was ok Room service club sandwich was absolutely Terrible , mushy cheap brown bread with a gallon of mayo and soggy lettuce disgusting Chips all over cooked and scrag ends Vegetables limp green beans , a bowl of cold broccoli carrots and pomegranate - random Tried this hotel as stayed at the royal barrier earlier in year and this didn’t have aircon and this hotel was meant to be 5 star definitely not More like 3 star Breakfast was in the shabby restaurant are which was cramped and hard to find anywhere to sit that you were not blocked in as you have to get up to get food Only one toaster so massive wait very poor choice of food for the price wate of money very disappointed Would not stay here again disappointed

We could not be more disappointed in the hotel. The room is tiny as is the bathroom. We are in one of their nicest rooms. I would had to see a standard room. The front desk staff was professional and nice but it stopped there. The concierge was grumpy and acted like he was doing me a favor. We had a snack and drink in the bar which is a nice spot. Also, the hotel is not on the beach as advertised. We would never stay here again.

I remembered this hotel as one of the best, an icon.Unfortumately it’s just an icon…..I booked 2 nights in a. superior room ( which is the entry level but anyway at 450€ per night…) and the bathroom was really small and I would say right for a good 3 stars hotel….room is quite ok, with the view as described.But …..during my stay I looked at the rates for the same 2 nights for better rooms ( de luxe or sea view ) and they were equal to mine….so instead giving us a normal room, close to the elevator, they could have propose some other room ( the rates were the same…).I gently toLd this to the reception and they told me if I would like to change the room…I answered; too late….you could (should?) have proposed before…. Anyway nothing too add because they respected the proposal but from such hotel ( it would still need a revamp anyway ) I would have expected some more attention to this kind of particular.Grand hotel de Cabourg much much better.
