에메랄드 쇼어스 호텔 - 데이토나 비치(Emerald Shores Hotel - Daytona Beach)

The room was gross dirty. Staff just made excuses for why it was not cleaned and no one’s story was the same. Front desk staff said housekeeping was told to do a complete cleaning, housekeeping said no one told her.. the manager just thought it was funny. The floors were so dirty you couldn’t walk around barefoot. Even our socks were brown from walking around the room in just socks.

It was a great stay for a valentine's day night. But the heat didnt work it was so cold in the room but other than that it was a good stay.

Very very run down. I would classify this as motel, not a hotel. The toilet was very loud throughout the night and the single thin bedsheet provided made me very cold throughout the night. There is a coffee pot with no coffee provided and absolutely no where in the hotel to buy a water bottle. The downstairs lobby bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The breakfast is poptarts and rotten bug infested bananas, and other very processed packaged "goods".

Personal are very friendly and helpful. Building is old but clean, no smell. Room is spacious, nice view. Convinient location.

A pleasure from the moment I arrived. Trish at the front desk was fantastic. I told her I was tired and needed quite, so she did her best to find me a location away from escalators or rooms with groups she was very friendly and helpful. And the porter was also helpful when I had a key issue. My room was bright and inviting, with a fridge and cooking facilitiesI to stay in and relax rather than go out to snack ( if you brought food and drinks) . I enjoyed hearing the ocean the balcony when I opened the sliding glass doors to a beautiful ocean view. The only slight negative in my star rating was cleanliness, but this was only slight with the stove and fridge, but not too bad. And the shower took a while to get hot. But as a whole, my biggest concern was satisfied, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and I would go again.

There were 2 lights and a lamp in the room. 1 light next to the bed worked. The others did not. When I arrived mini frig was not plugged in. Maintenance had to come up and move furniture to plug it in. By the morning, my food had frozen. There was a sm. coffee pot in the room, but no coffee and no cups. When I went to the lobby for a cup, I was told I was supposed to get my coffee from the lobby coffee pot, not make it in my room. So, why did the room have a coffee pot? There was a desk and a chair but no light on that side of the room.

The rooms had comfortable beds and we had an end ocean view room which provided a wonderful north looking view as well as ocean view. Our room was on the 7th floor and was quiet as well. The only downside was we couldn't get hot water for showering in the room and changed rooms but it was no better, tepid warm at best. Others at the hotel said they had hot water. Not sure what the issue was but the hotel thought it was just fine.

The staff is very friendly. Check in was extremely fast. The hotel is in a good location right on the beach! I look forward to staying here again!
