Easy check in and nice rooms. staff was friendly. Nice restaurant attached as well.

Che kind was quick and easy. Service was great. Gym is nice, but was a little disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. Would stay here again

The front desk staff was AMAZING! The gentleman working the late shift was the best! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dawson.

Were able to walk to the Encana Event Center where we attended a function. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Pool not operational - and not just down for maintenance for the month like they say, it has serious foundation issues. We had brown sewer come up through the drain in the shower in the morning. Gross. Hallways have dips like rotten floor boards, fire sprinkler system was black in another room. Don’t stay here.

Very friendly helpful staff. Not sure what was on floor 2 above me but it sounded like furniture being moved and it woke me up very early. Brought bathing suit but saw the pool was out of order for maintenance but could see no sign of it being worked on at all. See old reviews now that say it was out of order then too. Loved the convenience of being able to access the Fixx restaurant from the hotel. Would stay again.

The staff were very unhelpful and there were many issues with the door and lock. The occupant of the room had a broken ankle and had to walk back and forth to the front desk because of these issues. The staff was not considerate either.

To attend a medical appoin**ent we decided to book a nice room to make it a little getaway. After a 7 hour drive on winter roads….upon check in we find out that the pool/hot tub closed for a maintenance for a month…..no mention of this previously or we would have went elsewhere . Check in and find our room King Bed Jacuzzi tub. All night we were awakened by a nasty odour from the bedding….we seriously wonder if it had been clean😬 Next day we called from our appoin**ent told staff and asked for clean sheets and duvet….they were changing bedding when we arrived back at 5pm…huge difference in smell and so we were certain the bed had been dirty the previous night Apparently you need to ask for daily housekeeping…we saw a sign in one elevator that goes into it…..again, this is not mentioned previous to booking…..as a Getaway…stay in a $200/night room…..Hope your sheets are clean upon arrival and do your own housekeeping….oh ya….no pool or hot tub but we will charge you all the same…. We did give this feedback to the Hotel we heard from Manager after checkout she was very nice. The staff were nice …the breakfast area was tidy. It appears this hotel services work crews who shift in and out….as a guest looking for a getaway I would NOT recommend staying there…it appears the focus is providing Camp Workers accommodation rather than regular hotel guests.
