We had a great stay at the Turmhotel Victoria in Davos. Trip.com made it easy to book

Good location, just the breakfasr could be a little better

Room is wery old and lot of worn out ditails. No ceramics on balkony. 4 star hotel - it was before 20-25 year but not today. For example, ther is no socket for charger on lleft and right side of bed. You must turn off lamp and use that sovket for charger.

Staff really unfriendly, look unclean (!!!), borderline rude dismissive (esp the older men) , food is just embarrassing for Switzerland, no help with luggage for a 60+ woman, staff are a disgrace actually!! Definitely not 4 star - borderline 3 * if at all

ok for a 3 star only. Food is canteen like .. can anyone confirm yet if TV's show ANY ENGLISH channels? Specifically BBC1 and ITV ? Its blah blah yes but never happens. A hotel sadly resting on the HIGH demand so makes no effort at all. Beds are not comfortable as theyre 20 years old at least

The hotel is located just off the Center near the railway and if you open the windows since there is no air conditioning, it’s a little noisy in the morning. But apart of that the beds are comfortable the staff are nice and welcoming, there’s free parking, breakfast is great and the shower is fantastic

Situated less than a minute from Davos Dorf station means that getting to and from the hotel is very easy. Four of us stayed for a business trip and snowboarded every day. The P****nn station (and lift pass office) is a five minute walk away, and if you use to train to get to the friendly little resort of Rinerhorn then it couldn't be easier. The hotel is clean and the I rank this as one of the hotels with the friendliest staff encountered. They really couldn't do more for us and even provided a packed lunch for our journey home at the end of the trip. The breakfast buffet was fresh and healthy and the restaurant in the evening was first class. Highly recommeneded if you like a hotel that's has a family run feel, is slightly away from the hustle of the town centre and in easy reach of ski locations.

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Turmhotel Victoria Davos. The service at the reception is friendly and courteous, in the restaurant brash and unfriendly. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh, dinner a joke, short (main menu) and the fish was tough and tasteless, however the tartar and soup (potato truffle soup) was delicious. On the other hand, the room (family room) was very nice, large and sunny, modernly furnished and the bathroom has a wonderful whirlpool. The room service is very friendly and accommodating (it was not an issue that we deposited our dog's poo bags on the balcony). All in all, the hotel is not worth four stars, at most three stars, but the room was clean and very nicely furnished, the service in general is friendly, with a few drawbacks. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Outdated hotel, it's even smelling old! However the biggest issue is the lack of friendliness all over the place! Personal is impersonal, not helpful and sorry to say but they even don't look clean! Dinner is inedible, dry pasta without any sauce...a joke ! Never again
